Texans head coach Gary Kubiak anticipates Reed (hip) being back at some point during training camp and ready for the season opener, the Texans' official site reports.
Analysis: Kubiak wouldn't address speculation that Reed might not be ready for the first week of the season. "I don't go off speculation. We know what we know. He had the surgery. Everything went well. He went through the process of staying in Colorado which was part of the deal, part of the rehab process. Now, he's supposed to be turned loose this week," said Kubiak.

Analysis: Braman's been a a good special teams player for the last two seasons, but now has a chance for a bigger role with some turnover at outside linebacker. The Texans lost Connor Barwin to free agency and are looking at moving Brooks Reed inside.

Woodson agreed to a one-year contract with the Raiders on Tuesday, FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reports.
Analysis: Woodson will return to the team that drafted him with the fourth pick in the 1998 draft. He appeared in just seven regular season games for the Packers last season, but did return for the club's two playoff games. Woodson figures to start opposite Tyvon Branch if he makes it through training camp healthy.

Hillman is getting first-team reps early in OTAs thanks to injuries to Willis McGahee and Knowshon Moreno, USA Today reports.
Analysis: Hillman isn't expected to be the Broncos' starting running back on opening day but quarterback Peyton Manning noted that the plan is to get Hillman more involved this season. "I definitely see that role increasing and...giving him more responsibility in this offense," said Manning. "It's not just kind of a limited package like we did last year. We are really expecting him to make that next-level jump." Hillman will have plenty of competition, mostly from McGahee and second-round pick Montee Ball, but he does have the skills to make a fantasy impact, particularly in PPR leagues.
