Powell agreed to terms Tuesday to re-sign with the Vikings on a one-year contract, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Powell has more punt returns (86) than catches (76) in 61 career games, but he did a nice job filling in on offense last year when Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison or K.J. Powell was promoted to the Falcons' 53-man roster from the practice squad Tuesday.
Analysis: Powell spent training camp and the preseason with Detroit but didn't make the season opening roster, and he joined Atlanta's practice squad shortly thereafter. The 24-year-old is unlikely to find much involvement offensively with the rest of the Falcons' wide receivers currently healthy.
