Analysis: The fantasy stats aren't terrible, but this just wasn't the Bills' night in an ugly 42-16 loss -- the team's first of the season -- with Allen misfiring several times and getting a bad bounce on one of the two picks. His 77.6 rating is by far his worst of the season and he tripled his 2020 interception total on one night. Allen and the Bills remain on track to meet the Titans on Tuesday after the latest round of COVID-19 testing turned up no new positives among Tennessee's players or coaches, according to several media reports.

Analysis: Things are not in the clear yet, however, as both teams still have to go through more testing with no setbacks. Tuesday's scheduled contest between Allen and the Bills vs. the Titans is in line to proceed as planned, barring further developments, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

He completed touchdown passes to Gabriel Davis and Cole Beasley in the first half while adding a one-yard touchdown plunge of his own in the fourth quarter. Allen has been nothing short of excellent through four games, totaling 15 touchdowns compared to one interception. Allen completed 24 of 33 passes for 311 yards, four touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's 35-32 win over the Rams. He also rushed four times for eight yards and a touchdown, in addition to losing a fumble.

Analysis: Allen found Lee Smith for a one-yard touchdown on fourth down to open the scoring, then took it himself from one yard out on the next drive before adding a three-yard score to Tyler Kroft to take a 21-3 lead into the locker room at halftime. Allen took part in practice Monday after missing Sunday's session due to a false positive COVID-19 test, Jourdan LaBarber of the Bills' official site reports.

Analysis: Several Bills got burned by the false positive test, and while the Bills' quarterback wasn't super pleased with the development, he was able to move on quickly with the rest of his teammates. Bills coach Sean McDermott later stated that this was a good dry run for the team in terms of surprises that may happen in an unusual NFL year.

False positive for COVID-19

Allen will miss practice Sunday after receiving a false positive COVID-19 test result, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Analysis: Several Bills fell into the false positive bucket and will get a day off from workouts, but Schefter's report says all is well and the players should be back to practice shortly after passing through the proper protocols. For Allen, that should mean Monday.

Beefed up for 2020

Allen has looked noticeably bigger and stronger in the upper body in recent videos posted by his quarterbacks coach, Jordan Palmer, The Buffalo News reports. Said Palmer, " "It's muscle. He's in crazy shape and spinning it great."

Analysis: Allen has always been a physical specimen, which has helped make up for some of his longstanding accuracy issues, but the reports show he looks even more chiseled even though the quarterback says he's only gained three pounds this offseason. Analysis: Allen completed just 44 percent of his attempts en route to a miserable average of 3.7 yards per attempt. He also took six sacks on the day and his mark of nine rushing yards was his lowest of the season. On a positive note, Allen managed to avoid throwing an interception for the seventh time in the last eight games, though he did lose a fumble in the contest. He will face a tough task as he looks to get back on track next Sunday against the Steelers.

Efficient day in Dallas

Allen completed 19 of 24 passes for 231 yards and a touchdown while gaining 43 rushing yards and another TD on 10 carries in Thursday's 26-15 win over the Cowboys.

Analysis: With the Bills' defense keeping Dak Prescott in check, Allen was able to settle in and get comfortable, and he set season highs in completion percentage and YPA while scampering for his eighth rushing score of the year. Since Buffalo's Week 6 bye, Allen has turned a corner as a passer and posted a sharp 11:1 TD:INT through seven games, giving him plenty of momentum heading into next week's clash with Lamar Jackson and the Ravens.
