The Patriots signed Washington to the practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Analysis: Washington signed with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent following the 2020 NFL Draft and spent the last two seasons on the Bengals' practice squad.
