Analysis: Fox spent the last three years with the Chargers and played in every single regular-season game over that span. He finished the 2024 campaign with 27 tackles (19 solo), including 3.5 sacks, and one pass defense across 17 regular-season games. Fox bolsters the Falcons' defensive-line rotation, and his addition should help mitigate the sting of losing Pro Bowler Grady Jarrett to the Bears in free agency.

Fox had 3.5 sacks among his 27 tackles (19 solo) and added one pass defensed in the 2024 regular season.
Analysis: Fox dressed for all 17 regular-season games but started only three. He added two tackles (one solo) in the Chargers' wild-card round playoff exit against the Texans. Two sacks in narrow loss
Fox recorded two solo tackles, both of which were sacks, in the Chargers' 20-17 loss to the Cowboys on Monday Night Football.
Analysis: Fox extended his sack streak to four consecutive games Monday, taking down quarterback Dak Prescott twice in the loss. The defensive end has now compiled five sacks on the season, all of which have come during his streak. Fox will look to make it five straight in Week 7 versus the Chiefs.

Time up in Carolina
The Panthers released Fox on Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Fox started nine contests (17 appearances) in 2021, in which span he accrued a career-high 34 tackles (16 solo), in addition to 1.5 sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. Now, the 27-year-old defensive end will look to earn a new contract on the open market.

Continues to impress
Fox made three tackles (two solo) and registered half a sack in Thursday night's 24-9 win over the Texans.
Analysis: Fox has drawn rave reviews in his first season with the Panthers after spending five years with the Rams. Fox agreed Wednesday with the Panthers on a two-year, $8.5 million contract, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: The Panthers are bolstering their pass rush on the first day of the new year, having already signed Haason Reddick just hours before bringing Fox aboard. Analysis: Fox also had one fumble recovery and one forced fumble. The 26-year-old notched career-high marks across the board in 2020, but given his rotational role it still wasn't enough to earn him much fantasy relevance in IDP formats. He's on track to become an unrestricted free agent in March.

Records sack in second straight
Fox recorded four solo tackles, a sack and forced a fumble during Sunday's 17-9 win over the Giants.
Analysis: This is the second consecutive game Fox has collected a sack, and it was also by far his best fantasy showing of the campaign. However, he only played 27 of 68 defensive snaps and has only topped that mark once this season (29 in Week 2). His limited playing time hinders his upside, but it's clear that keeping Fox on a pitch count has enabled him to make an impact when he's on the field.

Fox has re-signed with the Rams on a one-year deal, NFL.com reports.
Analysis: Fox has been with the Rams since his rookie year in 2016. He suited up for all 16 games in 2019 and recorded 18 tackles (12) solo and two sacks in the process. He again projects as a depth defensive end for the team.
