The 23-year-old Warren may have to make his mark on short underneath routes against the 49ers on Monday Night Football in Week 16.

Warren recorded two receptions on six targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 36-19 loss to the Jaguars. He added one rush for two yards.

Analysis: Warren maintained a solid role in the Colts' offense, finishing third on the team with six targets. However, he struggled to get on the same page with Riley Leonard, converting only one of his five targets into a catch, which went for only two yards. While that could change for the better moving forward, Warren's outlook has worsened due to Daniel Jones (Achilles) being out for the rest of the season.

The bigger problem was Warren's lack of downfield targets, as his longest gain went for only nine yards. That led to the lowest yardage output of Warren's impressive rookie season, though he's still earned at least four receptions in all but one game on the campaign.

Warren finished with four receptions on five targets for 53 yards in Sunday's 38-14 rout of the Titans.

Analysis: Warren couldn't extend his scoring streak to five games after not being on the receiving end of any of QB Daniel Jones' three touchdown strikes Sunday. The 23-year-old Warren didn't leave fantasy managers empty-handed on National Tight Ends Day after recording at least 50 receiving yards for the sixth time in eight starts this year. Warren brought in all four targets for 44 yards and a touchdown and failed to complete his lone pass attempt in the Colts' 40-6 win over the Raiders on Sunday.

Analysis: The versatile rookie tight end crossed the goal line for the second consecutive game and first time as a receiver, bringing in an 11-yard scoring grab early in the second quarter. Warren has at least four catches in four of his first five games and at least 70 receiving yards on three occasions already. Warren will draw another favorable matchup when the Cardinals come to town for a Week 6 interconference clash next Sunday afternoon.

Analysis: Daniel Jones targeted his pass catchers evenly, as Warren was one of four players with between four and six targets. He had the worst statistical day of his rookie season given the lack of volume, though he did manage long gains of 15 and 17 yards. Warren's weekly production may vary while competing for targets with Michael Pittman, Josh Downs and Alec Pierce, but he has already established himself as one of the more reliable fantasy tight ends.
