Analysis: Burrow took to the air plenty with the second seed in the AFC potentially up for grabs, and he topped 40 pass attempts for the second consecutive game. His efficiency was less noteworthy, as he managed only 5.1 yards per attempt. Despite that, he did complete four passes of at least 20 yards, highlighted by a 26-yard touchdown toss to Ja'Marr Chase. With the win, Burrow and the Bengals will host the Ravens in a rematch during wild-card weekend.

Tale of two halves

Burrow was dominant in the first half against the Pats, and very shaky in the second half in the Bengals' 22-18 win. He ended up completing 40 of 52 passes for 375 yards and three touchdowns while throwing two interceptions.

Analysis: All of the Bengals' scoring came in the first half, when Burrow went 28-of-36 for 284 yards and all three touchdowns. In the second half he threw a pick-six and was held under 100 yards, as the Pats' pass rush intensified and their offense kept the Bengals off the field. Analysis: It was a tale of two halves for Burrow and the Bengals, who mustered just three points in the first half before going off for 31 unanswered points after halftime. Analysis: Tee Higgins allegedly aggravated his hamstring injury in warmups, Tyler Boyd dislocated his finger on the first pass of the game and Hayden Hurst missed the game entirely, so Burrow had to make due with Ja'Marr Chase, Trenton Irwin and Trent Taylor. When viewed in that light, Burrow's performance was pretty good. The interception was a product of a pass getting deflected at the line of scrimmage, which has been a problem for Burrow.

Another commanding performance

Burrow completed 25 of 31 passes for 286 yards and two touchdowns while rushing 11 times for 46 yards and another score in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Chiefs.

Analysis: Burrow was nearly perfect in the win, finishing the game off in style with a laser to Tee Higgins to convert a third-and-11 play after the two-minute warning. Burrow was sacked just once, and it's worth noting that the Bengals' offensive line has done a far better job of protecting him ever since the debacle against the Browns on Halloween night. He gets his chance at revenge against the Browns next week at home.

Leads Bengals to gritty win

Burrow completed 22 of 37 passes for 270 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions in the Bengals' 20-16 win over the Titans on Sunday. He also had nine carries for 32 yards.

Analysis: It wasn't a banner fantasy day for Burrow, but he protected the ball (zero turnovers) and was only sacked once, despite not having the services of Ja'Marr Chase (hip) and Joe Mixon (concussion). He'll have to put up bigger numbers next week when the Bengals host the Chiefs.

Tosses four touchdowns

Burrow was superb Sunday against the Steelers, completing 24 of 39 passes for 355 yards and four touchdowns. He did throw two tipped interceptions and was sacked twice.

Analysis: If there was a downside to Burrow's performance, it's that too many passes got tipped at the line of scrimmage, leading to the two turnovers. But he overcame that to lead the Bengals on multiple long scoring drives, connecting for over 20 yards with six different pass catchers. A tough road matchup awaits at Tennessee, where Burrow was sacked nine times in the playoffs last season.

Analysis: According to Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site, Burrow is also nursing a pinkie injury, but he shouldn't require offseason surgery to address either issue. Additionally, Taylor categorized Burrow's MCL sprain as an aggravation of the injury he dealt with in December. Analysis: The numbers are modest at a glance, but the Bengals controlled this game from start to finish and it's possible that they could have done more if they needed to. With that said, Burrow did most of his damage early, throwing one touchdown to each of Tyler Boyd and C.J. Uzomah in roughly the first third of the game and not doing a whole lot afterward. With higher stakes in the second playoff round it's possible that Burrow and the Bengals take a more aggressive approach.

Analysis: Given Justin Jefferson's production in his rookie year in 2020, it's easy to forget that it was Chase that actually led the way during Burrow's Heisman Trophy season in 2019. Burrow now has three excellent wideouts in Tyler Boyd, Tee Higgins and Chase; hopefully, his offensive linemen will buy him more time this season to find them.

On track for Week 1
