Analysis: Forbes has some question marks as a 166-pound cornerback, but he was an outstanding playmaker at Mississippi State with 14 interceptions through 36 games. The addition of Forbes should keep the Commanders D/ST in the fantasy conversation, but he'll need to prove himself before this defense gets into the top-10 tier.
