Two receptions in win
Ogletree had two receptions for 24 yards on two targets in Sunday's win at Tennessee.
Analysis: He played on 21 of the offense's 70 snaps (Mo Alie-Cox played 34 and Kylen Granson played 17) and had the second most targets (Alie-Cox had four) among tight ends. While Alie-Cox has had a few more targets with Joe Flacco at quarterback, the Colts continue to divide the workload relatively evenly between three our four tight ends, which limits Ogletree's upside.

Just one reception in loss
Ogletree had one reception for five yards on his only target in Sunday's loss at Jacksonville.
Analysis: Ogletree played on 26 of the offense's 70 snaps and went out on nine routes. The Colts continue to divide targets and snaps between multiple tight ends (Kylen Granson played 18 snaps, Mo Alie-Cox played 29, and Will Mallory played 16). Alie-Cox caught a touchdown in the loss where Ogletree caught a touchdown Week 4. As long as the workload is divided between three or four tight ends, none will have viable fantasy value for most formats.

TD reception in win
Ogletree caught a 15-yard touchdown on his only target in Sunday's win over Pittsburgh.
Analysis: It was just Ogletree's second reception of the season, as Indy hasn't utilized tight ends in the passing game and splits targets among three tight ends. Ogletree played on just 24 of the offense's 66 snaps and went out on six routes. His minimal usage makes him a poor fantasy option despite the touchdown reception.

One reception in loss
Ogletree had one reception for 12 yards on two targets in Sunday's 16-10 loss at Green Bay.
Analysis: Indy's tight ends have a combined three receptions in the first two games, with no tight end having more than one reception. Ogletree started in Week 2 but played fewer snaps (14) than Mo Alie-Cox and Kylen Granson, as the Colts have been rotating tight ends in all roles this season. After two weeks, no Indy tight end looks set to produce viable fantasy value.

Quiet day
Ogletree played just 10 snaps on offense and didn't see a target in Sunday's 29-27 loss to the Texans.
Analysis: Ogletree's small role on offense isn't necessarily surprising, considering he's operating as the No. 3 man on the team's tight-end depth chart. He'll likely need an injury to Kylen Granson or Mo Alie-Cox to find himself as a larger part of the Colts' offense. However, he does remain a regular part of the team's special-teams unit.

Makes 53-man roster
Ogletree has made Indianapolis' 53-man roster.
Analysis: With Jelani Woods (toe) out for the season on IR, Olgetree will be part of a four-man committee at tight end that also includes Kylen Granson, Mo Alie-Cox and Will Mallory. Ogletree is probably the second or third receiving option among the quartet, with Alie-Cox primarily a blocking tight end.

Garners first TE target Saturday
Ogletree failed to bring in his lone target in Saturday's preseason win over the Cardinals.
Analysis: Ogletree was the first tight end targeted by fill-in starter Sam Ehlinger in Saturday's exhibition. Kylen Granson and Mo Alie-Cox did not suit up for this contest while Jelani Woods (toe) suffered a minor injury against Arizona. Ogletree figures to still be in the mix for an unsettled tight-end depth chart in Indianapolis this season.

Back with team
GM Chris Ballard noted Friday that Ogletree is off the NFL's Commissioner Exempt List, Stephen Holder of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Per the report, Ogletree -- whose charges stemming from his arrest in December were dismissed last month -- is back with the Colts during offseason workouts. Prior to being placed on the Commissioner Exempt List on Dec. 30, Ogletree caught nine of his 21 targets for 147 yards and two TDs in 12 regular-season games with Indianapolis.

On Commissioner Exempt List
Ogletree has been placed on the NFL's Commissioner Exempt List, Stephen Holder of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Ogletree's placement on the list comes after he was arrested Friday. While the tight end is on the list, he is not permitted to practice or attend games.

Arrested Friday
Ogletree was arrested Friday in Hendricks County, Indiana on allegations of domestic violence, Stephen Holder of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Per the report, Ogletree was charged with a pair of level six felonies (domestic violence committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury) stemming from an incident Tuesday. In a statement released Friday, the Colts noted that they are aware of the allegations involving the tight end and "are in the process of gathering more information."

Blanked despite significant role
Ogletree saw one target on 26 offensive snaps in Sunday's 31-28 overtime win at Tennessee but did not catch the pass.
Analysis: Despite pacing the Colts' tight ends in snaps in Week 13, Ogletree did not register in the box score. Although he has a dismal 50-percent catch rate, he's actually been relatively efficient on the few targets (18) he's drawn through nine games this season. Even so, he's on the heavy end (260 lbs.) even by tight end standards, so it makes some sense that Indianapolis has deployed him mostly as a blocker this year and will likely continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Practices in full Thursday
Ogletree (foot) was a full participant at practice Thursday.
Analysis: As suspected, Ogletree is back to 100 percent after he sat out of the Colts' last two games tending to a foot injury he sustained in Week 9 at Carolina. When he steps back into game action in Week 13, it will be as a member of a jumbled tight-end committee in which 2021 fourth-rounder Kylen Granson and potentially Will Mallory are the likeliest to draw targets.

Seemingly back to full strength
Ogletree (foot) was listed as a full participant on Wednesday's practice estimate, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: The "full" listing would suggest Ogletree should be ready to return to action Sunday against the Titans after sitting out of Indianapolis' last two games. If available this weekend, Ogletree would likely be part of a messy three- or four-headed committee at tight end including Kylen Granson, Will Mallory and Mo Alie-Cox. Ogletree has handled snap shares north of 50 percent in just three of his eight appearances to date, stringing together a 9-147-2 receiving line on 17 targets.

Remains out against Bucs
Ogletree (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Analysis: Ogletree has been sidelined since Week 9. With the rookie tight end sidelined, Indianapolis' depth chart at the position will consist of Kylen Granson, Mo Alie-Cox and Will Mallory on Sunday. Ogletree missed all three of Indianapolis' practices heading into Week 12, but he'll hope to resume practicing ahead of the team's Week 13 trip to Tennessee.

Missing another practice
Ogletree (foot) was not spotted at the early portion of Thursday's practice, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.
Analysis: Ogletree looks on track to sit out another practice, though Thursday's session may well only be a walkthrough. The tight end hasn't played since Week 9, and though Indianapolis is coming off a bye, Ogletree may still require more time to get healthy. If he can't suit up against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Kylen Gransonand Mo Alie-Cox will stand to handle increased reps.

Not practicing
Ogletree (foot) isn't practicing Wednesday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ogletree missed the Colts' final game before a Week 11 bye and isn't ready for practice after the layoff. Another absence Sunday against Tampa Bay would leave more snaps for teammates Kylen Granson, Mo Alie-Cox and Will Mallory.

Won't travel to Frankfurt
Ogletree (foot) won't play in Sunday's game against the Patriots.
Analysis: Ogletree will have to sit out at least one game as he recovers from the foot injury he sustained in Week 9 at Carolina. Mo Alie-Cox will likely see an uptick in snaps in Ogletree's absence.

Logs another DNP
Ogletree (foot) did not practice Thursday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ogletree exited Sunday's game against the Panthers with the foot injury and will need at least another day to recover before returning to the field. He'll have another opportunity to do so Friday ahead of the team's Week 10 matchup with the Patriots in Germany. If the Youngstown State product is unable to suit up, Will Mallory could see extra snaps in the contest.

Estimated as 'DNP' Wednesday
Ogletree (foot) was listed as a nonparticipant on the Colts' practice estimate Wednesday.
Analysis: Ogletree was forced out of Sunday's game at Carolina early with a foot injury, which is now also keeping him sidelined to begin Indianapolis' new week of practice. He'll probably have to return to practice Thursday or Friday to give himself a chance to play in Week 10.

Doesn't return Sunday
Ogletree (foot) didn't return to Sunday's game against the Panthers, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Questionable to return
Ogletree is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Panthers due to a foot injury, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis: Ogletree reverted to a reserve role Sunday with Kylen Granson back in action. However, Ogletree still made a decent play before his exit, securing one of three targets for 19 yards. If he's unavailable down the stretch, Mo Alie-Cox could see increased snaps.

Just one reception in loss
Ogletree started at tight end and had one reception for 33 yards on three targets in Sunday's loss to New Orleans.
Analysis: He was in the starting lineup a second consecutive game with Kylen Granson out with a concussion. Ogletree wasn't targeted in the Colts' last game despite starting, so this is an improvement. He led Indy tight ends in snaps on offense (38 of 71) and routes run (20), according to Pro Football Focus. However, Indianapolis throws few passes toward tight ends, making them not viable options for most fantasy formats.

No targets despite start
Ogletree started at tight end but was not targeted in Sunday's loss to Cleveland.
Analysis: Ogletree started at tight end with Kylen Granson out with a concussion and Jelani Woods (hamstring) still on injured reserve. He played on 42 of the offense's 70 snaps and went out on just 17 routes. Mo Alie-Cox had the only reception among tight ends in the loss, as they were needed as blockers against Cleveland's strong pass rush. No receptions in loss
Ogletree had one target but no receptions in Sunday's loss at Jacksonville.
Analysis: Ogletree played on just 27 of the offense's 75 snaps. He could get more work this week against Cleveland with Kylen Granson placed in the league's concussion protocol. However, the Colts continue divide the work in the passing game among multiple tight ends, giving them little fantasy value in most formats.

Back in game after shoulder injury
Ogletree exited Sunday's contest against the Titans with a shoulder injury and was initially deemed questionable to return, but he's since reentered the contest, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.
Analysis: Ogletree briefly departed after hurting his shoulder in the first half but was able to return shortly thereafter. After scoring his first touchdown of the campaign in Week 4 against the Rams, the tight end had one reception for 13 yards Sunday before his brief exit.

Catches first career TD
Ogletree had three receptions for 48 yards, including a five-yard touchdown, on four targets in Sunday's overtime loss to the Rams.
Analysis: Ogletree and Mo Alie-Cox were the starters in a two-tight end set over Kylen Granson, but Granson played the most snaps on offense. Granson played 35 snaps, Ogletree had 28 snaps, and Alie-Cox played 17 snaps, but both Ogletree and Alie-Cox had touchdown receptions. The Colts divide the work in the passing game among three tight ends, and, despite the touchdown, it's not likely Ogletree will earn a larger role.

One reception in win
Ogletree had one reception for 11 yards on two targets in Sunday's overtime win at Baltimore.
Analysis: Ogletree missed Week 2 in part after suffering a concussion in the season-opening loss to Jacksonville. He went out for a pass on just nine of 28 snaps and played fewer snaps than Kylen Granson (44) and only a few more than Mo Alie-Cox (25). None of the tight ends are major factors in the passing game, and Ogletree has been mostly used as a blocker.

Inactive for Week 2
Ogletree (coach's decision/concussion) is inactive for Sunday's matchup against the Colts.
Analysis: Ogletree cleared concussion protocols Saturday and didn't have an injury designation, but he still won't suit up Sunday. In his absence, Mo Alie-Cox will presumably see more snaps behind Kylen Granson, but rookie fifth-round pick Will Mallory is also available to make his NFL debut.

Set for Sunday
Ogletree was removed from concussion protocol Saturday and does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Texans.
Analysis: Ogletree wasn't a huge offensive factor in Week 1, but he might take on a larger workload if Kylen Granson, who popped up on the injury report Saturday with a hamstring injury, is unable to play. If he sees action, Ogletree will be making his second appearance in the NFL on Sunday after missing the entire 2022 season due to a torn ACL.

Questionable for Week 2
Ogletree (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's Week 2 game against the Texans, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Ogletree was DNP Wednesday, limited Thursday, and then upgraded to full Friday. He just needs to clear the concussion protocol. Ogletree played 21 percent of the offensive snaps in Week 1's loss to the Jaguars. Kylen Granson was in on a position-best 61 percent of the downs and turned six targets into a scoreless 4-39-0 effort.

Limited at practice Thursday
Ogletree (concussion) participated in limited fashion at practice Thursday.
Analysis: Ogletree was placed in concussion protocol after suffering a blow to the head in the first half of Sunday's season opener against Jacksonville. Making progress
Ogletree (concussion) is practicing Thursday, but he's wearing a red non-contact jersey, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ogletree suffered a concussion in Sunday's loss to the Jaguars and still seems to be moving through the league's five-step protocols in order to gain clearance to return to action. The second-year pro will need to complete those steps to suit up Sunday against the Texans.

Still in concussion protocol
Ogletree (concussion) remains in the NFL's concussion protocol as the Colts begin Week 2 prep Wednesday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ogletree will need to clear the league's five-step concussion protocol to return to action Sunday in Houston after suffering a blow to the head in the season opener against Jacksonville this past weekend. At this stage, Ogletree seems to be trending toward sitting out Week 2, which would further deplete a Colts tight-end room already without Jelani Woods (hamstring). An Ogletree absence would leave Kylen Granson and Mo Alie-Cox as the leaders in the position group.

Ogletree (concussion) will not return to Sunday's matchup with the Jaguars, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Ogletree sustained a blow to the head during the first half and was placed in the league's concussion protocol after exiting the game. Returns to practice
Ogletree (shoulder) returned to practice Tuesday, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis: Ogletree, a sixth-round pick in 2022, is on the bubble to make the final roster, so he'll likely need to show he's healthy in the final preseason game to make the cut. Kylen Granson, Mo Alie-Cox and Jelani Woods (hamstring) seem secure in the top three spots on the depth chart, leaving Ogletree competing with 2023 fifth-round pick Will Mallory for the TE4 role, if the Colts elect to go that deep at the position.

Missing time with shoulder issue
Ogletree (shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday, Nate Atkins of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Misses practice with knee injury
Ogletree (knee) missed practice Tuesday, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis: Ogletree didn't play in Indy's first preseason game and this may be why. He's coming back from a torn ACL that occurred during last year's training camp, so his health remains something to monitor this summer. He likely faces an uphill battle to win a roster spot amid crowded competition at tight end.

Present at camp
Ogletree (knee) was seen at camp Saturday and saw first-team offensive reps, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Ogletree, who hadn't participated in any offseason activities following a torn ACL during last year's training camp, seems healthy and was spotted taking first-team reps. Getting on the field is of course a step in the right direction, but there is still work to be done for the 25-year-old, as he is competing for a roster spot against a plethora of tight ends.

Limited to begin training camp
Ogletree (knee) will be limited to begin training camp, general manager Chris Ballard told the team's official web site Tuesday.
Analysis: Ogletree, who tore his ACL during training camp last season, didn't participate in any offseason workouts. However, he was seen sprinting during a charity softball game Saturday. It's a positive sign that he didn't begin training camp on the PUP list. The 24-year-old showed some promise last season, but he faces a crowded tight end position in camp this summer.

Ogletree (knee) appears to be recovering well, as he was sprinting during a charity softball game Saturday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ogletree, who tore his ACL during training camp last season, hasn't practiced in offseason OTAs to date. The 2022 sixth-round pick appears to be trending in the right direction and may be able to participate in camp soon. Ogletree (knee) remains sidelined at the Colts' OTAs, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Ogletree suffered a torn ACL at practice last August and he's been slowly recovering since. Instead of rushing their second-year tight end back, the Colts seem adamant in taking their time with Ogletree. Once healthy, the 24-year-old will look to compete with the likes of Kylen Granson and Mo Alie-Cox for the reserve role behind starter Jelani Woods (hamstring).

The Colts placed Ogletree (knee) on injured reserve Thursday.
Analysis: This transaction will officially sideline Ogletree for the entirety of his rookie season after he suffered a torn ACL during practice Wednesday. Torn ACL confirmed
Ogletree (knee) suffered a torn ACL during Wednesday's practice, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis: Ogletree's injury was of the non-contact variety, which often is a worrisome sign when it comes to the severity. Indeed, the 2022 sixth-round pick has a confirmed ACL tear following an MRI, very likely ending his rookie campaign. In Ogletree's absence, the tight end competition behind starter Mo Alie-Cox includes second-year pro Kylen Granson and fellow rookie Jelani Woods, among others.

Will undergo MRI
Ogletree left Wednesday's practice with a knee injury and will undergo an MRI, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Mixed bag in preseason debut
Ogletree had one reception for five yards on two targets, including a drop, but he had a 17-yard TD from Sam Ehlinger wiped out by a penalty away from the catch, Fox 59 Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Ogletree was seen having a strong camp and moved ahead of third-round pick Jelani Woods on the depth chart, but Saturday's game was more of a mixed bag. Woods had a decent game, so the competition for the No. 3 tight end role remains in flux.

Making strong impression in camp
Ogletree is moving up the depth chart, earning a good amount of starting reps in recent training camp practices, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Analysis: Ogletree is seen having a strong camp so far while Jelani Woods and Kylen Granson have struggled at times. Ogletree is a sixth-round 2022 draft pick and operates in a run-first offense, so it's hard to get too excited after a few positive practice reports. However, Mo Alie-Cox isn't an established starting tight end and others at the position don't have much experience, so Ogletree's progress this preseason is worth watching.
