    Nichols was waived by the Eagles on Tuesday, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

    Analysis: Nichols signed a reserve/future contract with the Eagles in January, and he compiled 22 receiving yards on six catches while adding 30 rushing yards on 15 carries and 59 yards on three kickoff returns during the preseason. If he clears waivers, there's a good chance he joins Philadelphia's practice squad.

  • Sticking around Philly

    Nichols signed a reserve/future contract with the Eagles on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
