Seven targets in loss
Helm recorded six receptions on seven targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 25-3 loss to the Jaguars.
Analysis: Helm continues to emerge in the Tennessee offense, and he led the team in targets for the second consecutive week. That's particularly notable because the Titans welcomed back Elic Ayomanor in Sunday's loss, adding competition for targets. While Helm didn't do much with the opportunity, he finished third on the team in yards and tied for the team lead in receptions and should continue to remain heavily involved across the second half of his rookie campaign.

Career-best performance
Helm recorded six receptions on seven targets for 51 yards in Sunday's 30-24 loss to the Seahawks.
Analysis: The Titans showed at least a modest amount of offensive spark, and Helm was a bright spot in the loss. He tied for the team lead in targets and also paced the team in receptions and yards. Helm is emerging as Cam Ward's top target, especially with Calvin Ridley (lower leg) and Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) on the shelf, and the rookie tight end has recorded at least five targets in three of Tennessee's last five games. Helm's fantasy appeal is still limited, as he's been used exclusively in short…read more

Four catches in loss
Helm caught four of five targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Texans.
Analysis: Helm was able to match his career high in catches, finishing second on the team in the category behind running back Tyjae Spears (five). The rookie has now registered at least one reception in 10 straight contests to open the year, but he's yet to record more than 36 receiving yards in a game, limiting his overall upside. Helm will look to build off Sunday's performance when the team faces Seattle in Week 12.

Only one target
Helm recorded one catch on one target for 15 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Chargers.
Analysis: Helm had started to see a slight uptick in his production in recent weeks, topping 30 yards in two of four games entering Sunday's contest. However, the Titans attempted only 21 passes in the loss to the Chargers, limiting the volume of all of their pass catchers. Chig Okonkwo remains the team's primary tight end, though Helm could cut into that role as the season progresses.

Catches first career TD
Helm recorded two catches (on three targets) for 23 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 38-14 loss to the Colts.
Analysis: Helm logged at least a 50 percent offensive snap rate for the third time in his last four games. He was outperformed by Chig Okonkwo in most offensive stats, though Helm did manage his first career touchdown on a one-yard reception early in the second quarter. Helm could continue to emerge in the second half of the season, particularly if the Titans move on from Okonkwo via trade.

Getting more involved
Helm recorded four receptions (on five targets) for 36 yards in Sunday's 31-13 loss to the Patriots.
Analysis: Helm tied for second on the team with five targets, also matching his highest mark of the season. He was notably far more involved than Chig Okonkwo, who was targeted only twice and didn't record a reception. All of the Tennessee's pass catchers will be inconsistent due to the poor state of the offense, though Helm has show some promise in recent weeks.

Two catches against Vegas
Helm recorded two receptions on three targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 20-10 loss to the Raiders.
Analysis: Helm saw a slight downturn in snap rate relative to his Week 5 performance, as he was on the field for only 49 percent of offensive snaps. He still managed to earn three targets, but he was less involved than veteran tight end Chig Okonkwo. Helm remains inconsistent, though he could see his role expand as the Titans turn their attention to developing Cam Ward and auditioning players for a role in 2026.

Best game of young career
Helm recorded four catches on five targets for 34 yards in Sunday's 22-21 win over the Cardinals.
Analysis: Helm was rumored to be stepping into a more expanded role in the Tennessee offense, and he responded by setting career-best marks in every receiving statistic. He narrowly missed his first career touchdown on a 19-yard reception early in the fourth quarter on a throw that guided him out of bounds at the one-yard line. Helm has done well with limited opportunity to begin his rookie season, and he is a bright spot for one of the least effective offenses in the league.

Held to one catch
Helm recorded one catch on one target for 12 yards in Sunday's 26-0 loss to the Texans.
Analysis: Helm was on the field for a season-high 43 percent of offensive snaps, but that didn't translate to opportunity. This marked the first time that he failed to record multiple targets in a game this season, though he also hasn't earned more than three in any contest. Helm is a name to consider in deep dynasty leagues but is otherwise off the fantasy radar.

Getting more invovled
Helm recorded three receptions on three targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 41-20 loss to the Colts.
Analysis: Helm was on the field for a career-high 25 offensive snaps, and he also posted his best stat line. He recorded a pair of 11-yard receptions on consecutive possessions in the second quarter to account for the majority of his production. Chig Okonkwo will continue to serve as Tennessee's top tight end, and the team's high rate of three-receiver sets will limit Helm's upside for the time being.

Makes two grabs
Helm recorded two receptions on two targets for nine yards in Sunday's 33-19 loss to the Rams.
Analysis: Helm played a comparable role in the Tennessee offense relative to Week 1, playing just over one-third of the snaps. He was also targeted twice again, both in short areas of the field. Helm is still prioritized behind Chig Okonkwo in the offense, but his role could grow as the season progresses.

One catch in regular-season debut
Helm recorded one catch (on two targets) for 16 yards in Sunday's 20-12 loss to the Broncos.
Analysis: Helm was on the field for 40 percent of offensive snaps, a relatively impressive mark considering it was his first regular-season game as a pro. He saw both of his targets in the first half of the first quarter, though the Titans' passing attack wasn't on track for most of the game. Helm may progress slowly, but he should have the chance to emerge as more of a consistent contributor later in the season.

Quiet end to preseason
Helm did not record a catch on one target in Friday's 23-13 preseason win over the Vikings.
Analysis: Helm was on the field during two tight-end sets with Cameron Ward under center, a positive indication that he will have an immediate role in the Tennessee offense. However, he failed to make an impact in the box score, as his only target of the game came from Brandon Allen. Chig Okonkwo is likely to be Tennessee's primary tight end to begin the regular season, but Helm has seemingly risen up the depth chart quickly to begin his rookie year.

Scores first preseason TD
Helm hauled in all four of his targets for 48 yards and a touchdown in Friday's 23-20 preseason win over the Falcons.
Analysis: The rookie tight end scored his first touchdown of the preseason when he took a 25-yard pass from backup QB Brandon Allen to the house. Helm has performed well through two preseason contests with five receptions for 64 yards, including Friday's touchdown. The fourth-round selection will look to finish the exhibition schedule off on a high note against Minnesota next Friday before opening the regular season as the Titans' No. 2 tight end.

One catch in NFL debut
Helm caught one of two targets for 16 yards in Saturday's 29-7 preseason loss to the Buccaneers.
Analysis: Both of Helm's targets came from backup quarterback Brandon Allen in the third quarter. The rookie fourth-round pick out of Texas has already climbed to second on the tight end depth chart, but he's still clearly behind starter Chig Okonkwo. Helm will try to close that gap in Tennessee's next preseason game Friday against the Falcons.

Listed second on depth chart
Helm is listed as the second tight end on the Titans' unofficial depth chart, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Helm, a fourth-round pick out of Texas, has already surpassed Josh Whyle on the depth chart and is immediately backing up Chig Okonkwo. Per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site, the Titans' coaching staff has been impressed with Helm's ability to make contested catches early in his first training camp. Helm still may not see many offensive snaps his rookie season, as Tennessee could rely on two-tight-end sets less frequently after adding depth to the wide receiver corps this offseason.
