Thomas (ankle) is a true game-time decision for Sunday's contest against the Dolphins, with the tight end telling Ian Rapoport of that even he doesn't know if he's going to play.

Analysis: Thomas suffered the injury last Sunday against the Rams and he was unable to practice at all this week. If he is unable to play, Jacob Tamme figures to get a majority of the snaps in his place.

Gordon, who is playing in his first game this season Sunday against the Falcons after serving a 10-game suspension, is expected to play 20-to-30 snaps, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Analysis: Despite the limited play-count, the matchup is an excellent one for Gordon, who will be facing off against a Falcons defense that allows a league-high 281.2 passing yards per game this season.

The Bills expect Jackson (groin) to play in Monday's game against the Jets, reports. "We're planning on him to be ready to go," coach Doug Marrone said Saturday. "Just take the injury and that's how we have to list it to protect ourselves."

Analysis: While officially questionable, Jackson was able to on a limited basis Friday and Saturday and Marrone's words suggest there's little chance the 33-year-old will be inactive come Monday. It seems likely the Bills will give Jackson as much work as he can handle, but he's averaging just 3.00 yards per carry over his last three games and will face a Jets defense Monday that ranks fourth in the league against the rush (83.2 yards per game).

    • Raiders' interim coach Tony...

Raiders' interim coach Tony Sparano pumped the brakes on the Murray hype-train on Friday, hesitating to trumpet Murray as the featured back moving forward. "I know what he did, but he played nine plays and unfortunately got hurt. He had a heck of a run," Sparano said, per the Bay Area News Group. "He also had the ball out one time which we need to get corrected."

Analysis: After watching Darren McFadden slip and slide for a 3.4-yards-per-carry average and Maurice Jones-Drew flop around for negative plays, Murray deserves a longer look as the front office evaluates their talent in another lost season.
