Allen (foot) is restructuring his contract with the Bills, creating $12 million of 2026 cap space for the team, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Analysis: This helps to make room for new addition DJ Moore, who finished the 2025 regular season with a career-low 682 receiving yards. Moore turns 29 in April and should have more to offer in 2026, joining a Buffalo offense where RB James Cook, WR Khalil Shakir and TE Dalton Kincaid are the main weapons. Allen, meanwhile, is recovering from late-January surgery to address a broken bone in his right foot. He should be fine for training camp, if not spring practices, with initial reports estimating a recovery timeline of 8-to-10 weeks.

Henry took 20 carries for 126 yards while failing to catch his only target in Sunday's 26-24 loss to the Steelers.

Analysis: Henry was held out of the end zone after scoring an eye-opening six touchdowns over his last two appearances, but he still managed to reach the century mark in rushing yards for the fourth week in a row. The 31-year-old continues to defy logic by maintaining an elite level of play in his 10th year in the league. King Henry amassed a 307-1,595-16 rushing line across 17 starts with Baltimore in 2025. While the Ravens' season ended in heartbreaking fashion Sunday, Henry remains under contract through 2027 and should continue leading the team's downhill rushing attack while producing elite fantasy numbers in standard formats next season.

Flowers brought in four of six targets for 138 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Sunday's 26-24 loss to the Steelers.

Analysis: Flowers waited until Week 18 to produce his finest fantasy performance of the season. The 24-year-old popped off for 138 yards while scoring multiple touchdowns in a game for the first time in 2025. The Boston College product set new career highs in receptions (86) and receiving yards (1,211) this year, and his recent scoring binge (five TDs over last four games) helped him tie the six touchdowns he scored in his rookie campaign. Flowers will enter the final year of his rookie contract operating as the Ravens' top wideout, a role that should provide plenty of upside for fantasy managers in 2026.

Coleman secured one of three targets for 10 yards in the Bills' 33-30 overtime divisional-round loss to the Broncos on Saturday.

Analysis: The 2024 second-round pick played over 40 percent of offensive snaps for a second playoff game in a row, handling a slightly increased role due to Joshua Palmer (ankle), Tyrell Shavers (ACL) and Gabe Davis (ACL) all having been placed on IR. Nonetheless, he was unable to capitalize on the added opportunities. After exploding for an 8-112-1 receiving line versus the Ravens in Week 1, Coleman never logged another game with over 50 receiving yards, finishing the regular season with just 38 catches for 404 yards and four touchdowns on 59 targets across 13 appearances. He was a healthy scratch on four occasions and will need to regain his team's trust this offseason to have any chance of handling a starting role in 2026.

The Jets are slated to trade Fields (knee) to the Chiefs in exchange for a sixth-round pick in the 2027 NFL Draft, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports

Analysis: With Patrick Mahomes recovering from a torn ACL that he sustained Dec. 14, Fields should have an opportunity to work as Kansas City's QB1 this offseason, provided he's past the knee issue he dealt with at the end of the 2025 season. Beyond that, it's possible that Fields -- whose ability as a rusher boosts his fantasy utility -- will begin the 2026 campaign as the team's starter, a potential scenario that hinges on the pace of Mahomes' recovery. Per Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site, coach Andy Reid noted in February that Mahomes has been making good progress in that regard, while the star signal-caller previously noted that he wants to be ready for Week 1 yet acknowledged that he "can't predict what happens throughout the process," per ESPN.com.
