      Around The League
      • Wanderers is on an 11-game winning streak.
      • Callum won this week, even without starting a top-15 scoring QB.
      • Redskins has now beaten their projected score four weeks in a row.
      • PHANTOMS-3 continues defying the pundits, and has beaten their projected score three weeks in a row.
      • No surprise here: teams have won 83.3% of the time this season when starting the league's top-scoring QB of the week (10-2 overall).
      • Black Cats is on a three-game winning streak.
      • Back Again probably wishes they had started Baker Mayfield. The 34.56 points he scored would have represented the fourth-highest individual score this week.
      • Teams have won a mere 36.1% of the time this season (13-23) when they fail to throw a Pass TD.

      Week 17 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Redskins Blows Up The Blitzburgh Bettis to Bring Series Record to 2-0

Redskins crushed The Blitzburgh Bettis 189.18 to 89.50, making it two wins in as many head-to-head matchups. They go to 9-8, while The Blitzburgh Bettis drops to 8-9. Tee Higgins scored three touchdowns and did the most damage this week, grabbing 40.10 points. Higgins looks to be one of the best late-round picks for Redskins, putting up 19.35 points per game. On top of the loss, The Blitzburgh Bettis had a starter score zero points (Jalen Hurts).

Redskins was on a different level with their wideouts, as they started two of the league's top-10 overall WRs this week (including Higgins, who was best overall). Also, with 12 targets this week for Higgins, it means that his targets have now increased in three consecutive games.

For the victors, several players have been playoff studs, most notably the Cincinnati WR and DeVonta Smith. During the playoffs, that duo has topped their season scoring averages by 160% and 82%, respectively.
