      Week 16 Recap: Tuesday Edition

TEAM HULK Brings Down Evan to Get into Championship

TEAM HULK took down Evan 139.98 to 121.48 and got the second-highest score of the week. TEAM HULK gets revenge for a Week 8 loss (149.30 to 120.26) and improves to 1-1 this season against Evan. Evan was led by Josh Jacobs with 20.70 points (69 Rsh Yds, 38 Rec Yds, 1 TD) and Davante Adams, who scored 19.80 (68 Rec Yds, 1 TD).

Pacheco had plenty of opportunities for Evan, but could only manage 26 total yards on 10 touches.

For the winners, two players have been peaking at the right time: the Atlanta Falcons DEF and Tee Higgins. Over the past four games, that duo has surpassed their season scoring averages by 176% and 41%, respectively. Despite the loss, Evan also had a few players peaking for the postseason, including Adams and Russell Wilson. Over the past month, that combo has averaged 26.52 and 16.67 points, respectively, topping their season-long marks by 94% and 82%. On the other hand, the losers had a player who was fading down the stretch. The Minnesota Vikings DEF has dipped below their yearly average by 36% over the past month.

Fueled by a second-half surge, TEAM HULK entered the playoffs as the No. 2 seed. Next week, the league championship will be decided when TEAM HULK faces No. 4-seeded jeremy. These teams last met in Week 9, with TEAM HULK winning, 154.80 to 126.54. Evan finished the regular season in third place with a record of 10-5. With a scoring average of 119.45, they also placed fourth in the league in that metric. Evan was one-and-done this postseason, losing in their first playoff matchup.
