      Week 17 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Sleeper Agent Throat-Punches Adams Atoms to Even Series

Sleeper Agent picked up 49.00 points from Bo Nix (219 Pas Yds, 31 Rsh Yds, 3 TD/1 Int) to dominate Adams Atoms 245.00 to 158.00. Sleeper Agent took a 67.00-point lead on Thursday and maintained an advantage throughout the matchup. Sleeper Agent finally captures a win over Adams Atoms after losing the first three games of the series. Sleeper Agent, already one of the highest-scoring teams in the league this season, beat their 147.91 per game average by 66%. Sleeper Agent started three players with zero points while Adams Atoms served up two goose eggs, meaning both teams left points off the scoreboard.

There was one player on Sleeper Agent that failed to capitalize on opportunites. Despite being targeted seven times, George Pickens could manage just three catches.

For the winning team, two players have been postseason stars : Kaden Elliss and Ladd McConkey. During the playoffs, that duo has surpassed their season scoring averages by 46% and 38%, respectively. On the other hand, Sleeper Agent has several players moving in the wrong direction. George Pickens and Brian Robinson have both fallen well beneath their year-to-date averages during the postseason. Despite the loss, Adams Atoms also had a few players performing their best in the playoffs, most notably Akeem Davis-Gaither and Jerry Jeudy. During the postseason, that combo has averaged 15.67 and 26.00 points, respectively, topping their season-long marks by 97% and 33%. Conversely, the losers had a player who was sputtering under the brightest lights. Averaging 19.33 points on the season, Nick Cross mustered just 12.00 per game in the playoffs.
