Adams Atoms Beats Sleeper Agent to Grab 6th Place
A primetime comeback on both Sunday Night Football and Monday Night Football wasn't enough for Sleeper Agent. They had 36.50 points on SNF and 41.00 on MNF (combining to be 94% of their total score), but Adams Atoms still earned the 91.00 to 82.50 victory. The late-match efforts were pretty impressive, considering their original projections only called for 16.00 points on Sunday night and 16.00 on Monday. Adams Atoms was led by James Conner, who provided 28.00 points to the effort (86 Rsh Yds, 1 2PT). On top of the loss, Sleeper Agent had a starter score zero points (Austin Seibert). Also, the 8.50-point win for Adams Atoms was the third-smallest in the league this year. Adams Atoms (3-2, 436.00 points) climbs into sixth place, while Sleeper Agent (3-2, 446.00 points) drops to fourth place.
A position where Sleeper Agent wishes they could get a do-over is K. Jake Elliott could have started in place of Cairo Santos, and that point difference would've been enough to change the outcome.
