Analysis: Bailey joined Kansas City as an undrafted free agent in the spring, and, despite not making their 53-man roster out of training camp, he managed to secure a spot on their practice squad. Analysis: It was a roller-coaster week for Bailey -- he was waived by Kansas City on Tuesday, signed to the practice squad Wednesday, cut Friday and then re-signed to the practice squad Saturday. The Chiefs also signed defensive lineman Marlon Tuipulotu to their practice squad Saturday while cutting defensive linemen Matt Dickerson and Neil Farrell.

The Chiefs cut Bailey from their practice squad Friday.
Analysis: Bailey was unable to make the Chiefs' 53-man roster, losing out to Carson Steele for the No. 4 running back job. Bailey rushed for 29 yards on 10 carries and caught one pass for four yards across the Chiefs' three preseason games. He was signed to the practice squad Wednesday, but he will be let go to make room for quarterback Bailey Zappe on the practice squad.
