Cut by Jets

The Jets waived Sefcik on Tuesday, Ethan Greenberg of the team's official site reports.

Analysis: Sefcik signed with New York as an undrafted free agent in May and caught two of five targets for 10 yards during the exhibition slate. He's a candidate to join the Jets' practice squad if he clears waivers.
