Goes on IR, done for season
The Texans placed Diggs (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday.
Analysis: Houston quickly moved Diggs off the 53-man roster after an MRI confirmed that the standout receiver had suffered a torn ACL in his right knee late in the third quarter of Sunday's 23-20 win over the Colts. The Texans will look to get by with Tank Dell, Xavier Hutchinson, Robert Woods and John Metchie at wide receiver in their Week 9 matchup with the Jets on Thursday, but Nico Collins (hamstring) could come off IR in Week 10 and offset the loss of Diggs. The soon-to-be 31-year-old Diggs will…read more

Tears ACL, out for season
Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans announced Tuesday that Diggs suffered a torn ACL in his right knee during Sunday's 23-20 win over the Colts and will miss the rest of the season, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Analysis: Diggs suffered the non-contact right knee injury late in the third quarter of Sunday's win, and after he was sent in for an MRI on Monday, the Texans confirmed that he suffered structural damage to his knee. Both the nature and timing of the injury are brutal developments for Diggs, who was playing out the 2024 campaign on a one-year, $22.52 million restructured "prove-it" contract with the Texans. Diggs is now scheduled to hit free agency while facing a recovery timetable that may put his…read more

Estimated as DNP Monday
Diggs (knee) was listed as a non-participant in Monday's estimated practice, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Analysis: Coach DeMeco Ryans has yet to give any updates on his star wideout after Diggs went down with a non-contact knee injury in Sunday's eventual win over the Colts. The Texans now have a quick Week 9 turnaround with a Thursday night game against the Jets up next. Nico Collins (IR, hamstring) isn't eligible to return until Week 10, so the Texans could be down to Tank Dell, Xavier Hutchinson, John Metchie and Robert Woods at wide receiver versus New York.

Suffers non-contact knee injury
Diggs suffered a non-contact right knee injury in Sunday's 23-20 win over the Colts, and head coach DeMeco Ryans said after the game that the wide receiver is still being evaluated and will undergo an MRI, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Diggs' knee injury could have a wide range of recovery timelines, but the non-contact nature of the injury points to the possibility of the wideout having sustained a torn ACL, which would be season-ending. An update on Diggs' status should surface in the coming days as additional tests are performed on the injury.

Injures knee Sunday
Diggs was forced out of Sunday's game against the Colts with a knee injury.
Analysis: Per DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com, Diggs walked off on his own power before heading to the locker room, but this is a situation to monitor nonetheless. In Diggs' absence, Tank Dell, Xavier Hutchinson, Robert Woods and John Metchie are left to handle Houston's WR duties versus Indianapolis.

Modest output as Stroud struggles
Diggs caught five of seven targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 24-22 loss to the Packers.
Analysis: Diggs had just three receiving yards in the first half and was only marginally better in the second half as C.J. Stroud threw for only 86 yards in the game. The veteran wide receiver's modest contributions included a two-yard catch on third-and-1 to extend a fourth-quarter drive that culminated in Ka'imi Fairbairn's go-ahead 35-yard field goal with 1:44 remaining, but the Packers responded with a game-winning Brandon McManus field goal as time expired to drop the Texans to 5-2. Finds paydirt in Week 6 win
Diggs caught six of seven targets for 77 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 41-21 win over the Patriots.
Analysis: Diggs caught a 10-yard touchdown in the third quarter for his fourth overall score through six games with the Texans. His usage wasn't markedly different in the first of at least four games Nico Collins (hamstring) will spend on injured reserve, as Tank Dell (57 yards and a touchdown on nine targets) was the biggest beneficiary of Collins' absence. Diggs has at least six targets in every game this season, and he's likely to reach that threshold again in a Week 7 road game against the Packers.

Set for No. 1 role
Diggs is poised to lead Houston's receiving corps for at least the next four games after the Texans placed Nico Collins (hamstring) on injured reserve Wednesday.
Analysis: Diggs has been out-targeted 45-41 by Collins through five games, and Collins has been much more effective with his volume, posting a league-leading 567 receiving yards compared to Diggs' 315. While Diggs' focus on shorter routes will make it tough to replicate Collins' exceptional production, the veteran wide receiver's fantasy stock should nonetheless rise from this development. Six catches as Collins gets hurt
Diggs caught six of eight targets for 82 yards in Sunday's 23-20 win over the Bills.
Analysis: Diggs finished with the team lead in targets and receiving yards, as Nico Collins exited due to a hamstring injury after turning two targets into 78 yards and a touchdown. While Diggs lacks Collins' downfield explosiveness at this stage of his career, the former Buffalo wide receiver's precise route running and strong hands have helped Diggs rack up 31 catches on 41 targets through five games with Houston, and Diggs could be in line for additional targets from C.J. Gets into end zone in win
Diggs caught five of nine targets for 69 yards and took his only carry for a six-yard touchdown in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Jaguars.
Analysis: The veteran wideout scored his first career rushing TD in the first quarter, taking a designed run to the right before reversing field and darting into the end zone through traffic in the middle of the field. Diggs has been a distant second to Nico Collins so far in terms of target volume, but he's still been productive to begin his first season with Houston, scoring three total touchdowns in four games while adding a 25-233 receiving line on 33 targets. Big volume in loss to Vikes
Diggs caught 10 of 12 targets for 94 yards in Sunday's 34-7 loss to the Vikings.
Analysis: The veteran wideout didn't exactly put together a revenge game against the team that drafted him in 2015, but Diggs did lead the Texans in catches, targets and receiving yards on the day. The receptions and targets equaled his totals from the first two games of the season combined, an encouraging sign after Nico Collins dominated C.J. Stroud's attention early. Diggs will look to make a big impact again in Week 4 against the Jaguars.

Another modest yardage total
Diggs caught four of six targets for 37 yards in Sunday's 19-13 win over the Bears.
Analysis: Going back to last season with the Bills, Diggs has just 633 receiving yards in his last 13 regular-season games. He papered over a 33-yard Texans debut with two touchdown catches, but Diggs barely raised his yardage total in Week 2 while failing to score. Diggs is clearly behind Nico Collins (252 receiving yards through two games) in the wide receiver pecking order heading into a Week 3 road game in Minnesota, where Diggs began his career from 2015 to 2019.

Two TDs in Texans debut
Diggs caught all six of his targets for 33 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 29-27 win over the Colts. He added six rushing yards on one carry.
Analysis: While Nico Collins remained the top downfield option for C.J. Stroud, Diggs made an immediate impact as a red-zone threat in his debut for the Texans. The former Bill put his new team in the lead for good with a nine-yard score early in the second quarter, then hauled in Houston's final TD of the afternoon with a three-yard grab late in the fourth. One grab against Giants
Diggs caught his only target for nine yards in Saturday's 28-10 preseason win over the Giants. He also gained two rushing yards on one carry.
Analysis: The Texans' first-team offense was only on the field for two possessions and came away with zero points, but Diggs was still able to build on his rapport with C.J. Stroud. Houston played both series in 12 personnel, with Diggs and Nico Collins being the two starting wideouts, and that appears as though it might be the team's base package during the regular season. No targets in Texans debut
Diggs wasn't targeted in Friday's 20-12 preseason win over the Steelers.
Analysis: Diggs made his Texans debut as Houston's top offensive starters mixed in for two drives after sitting out the Hall of Fame Game last week. Neither Diggs nor Nico Collins were targeted in this game, while QB C.J. Stroud linked up with Tank Dell for a 34-yard touchdown. All three of Diggs, Collins and Dell figure to play significant roles in Houston's receiving corps come the regular season, but they may continue to be eased in during Houston's next preseason game against the Giants on Aug. 17.

In uniform Friday
Diggs, who missed practice Wednesday with an unspecified issue, is in uniform for Friday's preseason game against the Steelers, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Analysis: Diggs was shook up in practice Tuesday, and his absence from Wednesday's session hinted at the wideout possibly being held out of Friday's contest. However, it looks like Diggs may see some snaps versus Pittsburgh after all, and if that's the case, he'll have an opportunity to catch passes from starting QB C.J. Stroud, who's expected to play a series or two, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Banged up a bit
Diggs missed Wednesday's practice with a minor injury after taking a hard hit Tuesday, Jonathan M. Alexander of The Houston Chronicle reports.
Analysis: Diggs thus seems unlikely to play in Friday's preseason game against Pittsburgh, giving other WRs an opportunity to take first-team snaps in what likely will be a brief appearance for QB C.J. Stroud and other starters. It sounds like Diggs should be healthy well before the regular season, keeping him on track to team up with Nico Collins and Tank Dell for a formidable Big 3 at wide receiver.

Eligible for free agency in 2025
Diggs agreed to a one-year, $22.52 million restructured contract with the Texans on Thursday, enabling the wideout to become a free agent after the 2024 season, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Before he was traded to the Texans on Wednesday, Diggs had been on the Bills' books through the 2027 season after signing a four-year, $96 million contract extension in April 2022. Dealt to Houston
The Texans acquired Diggs, a 2024 sixth-round pick and a 2025 fifth-round pick from the Bills on Wednesday in exchange for a 2025 second-round pick, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Diggs spent the last four years in Buffalo, where he averaged 111.3 catches for 1,343 yards and 9.3 touchdowns without ever missing a game. His production fell off a cliff in the second half of 2023, however, and there had been rumblings for a few years now about his hot-and-cold relationship with quarterback Josh Allen and other members of the Buffalo organization. Unsure of what future holds

Analysis: There was a lot of speculation last spring about Diggs' relationship with the Bills, and more specifically with QB Josh Allen. The wideout said he "gets tired" of the questions about him and Allen, noting that he's already addressed the situation (or lack thereof) multiple times. Drop highlights rough end to 2023
Diggs finished with three receptions on eight targets for 21 yards and added one carry for seven yards in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Chiefs.
Analysis: Diggs' late-season decline continued with another underwhelming stat line of four touches. The veteran starter's eight targets trailed only fellow wideout Khalil Shakir (7-44-1), who finished Sunday's loss with nine. Diggs' rough night got worse when the star receiver failed to bring in a deep shot attempt that hit him in the hands on the Bills' final drive. Analysis: Diggs was a non-participant Thursday due to a foot injury and rest, but then Friday coach Sean McDermott told Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network that he wasn't concerned about the wide receiver's health heading into the weekend. Despite logging a limited walkthrough to cap the week, Diggs has been cleared to suit up Sunday, while fellow WR Gabe Davis (knee) won't be available. Analysis: McDermott said that Diggs' foot injury initially occurred during Monday's 31-17 playoff win over the Steelers, but the issue popped up more significantly at practice Thursday. While McDermott said the issue doesn't concern him regarding Diggs' availability for Sunday's divisional-round playoff matchup against Kansas City, the veteran wideout's health will warrant close mentoring. Leads team with seven receptions
Diggs finished with seven receptions and 52 yards off of nine targets in Monday's 31-17 playoff win over the Steelers.
Analysis: Diggs led all Buffalo receivers in both targets and receptions, but he was outproduced from a fantasy standpoint by rookie tight end Dalton Kincaid's 3-59-1 receiving line. The nine-year pro went ice-cold at the end of the regular season, so Monday's vanilla output didn't inspire confidence that the star wideout has regained his own confidence heading into the divisional round of the playoffs. The vocal superstar didn't sniff the 6/120/3 line he posted when these teams first met in Week 4, but this was still a significant improvement over what we had seen from Diggs over his last four games when he averaged a measly 31.8 yards per game with no trips to the end zone. Diggs caught four of seven targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 27-21 win over the Patriots. He added five rushing yards on one carry.
Analysis: The wideout tied Dalton Kincaid for the team lead in targets and catches, but it was the rookie tight end who paced the Bills in receiving yards. Diggs has all but vanished since Buffalo's Week 13 bye, managing just a 17-127-0 line on 31 targets over the last four games, but Sunday's carry -- his first of the season -- at least offers some faint hope that the coaching staff is trying to find ways to get the ball in his hands. Lackluster production continues
Diggs recorded five catches on eight targets for 29 yards in Saturday's 24-22 win over the Chargers.
Analysis: Diggs led the team with eight targets, and he's now reached that mark four times in his last five games. However, in that same span, he's topped 50 yards only once and has not reached 100 yards since Week 6. Diggs' downturn in production is alarming and without clear explanation, though the Bills have hit their stride offensively in the last few weeks, providing hope that Diggs can turn things around before the regular season comes to a close.

Analysis: Diggs accounted for four of Josh Allen's seven completions as the Bills overwhelmed Dallas with 266 yards and three touchdowns on the ground while leaving the passing game on the backburner. The star receiver tied his season low in targets, so his modest production in this game can be attributed to a lack of volume, but it continued an alarming trend, as Diggs finished with fewer than 50 receiving yards and no touchdowns for the fourth time in the past five games. The veteran wideout will head into Buffalo's bye on the cusp of his sixth straight 1,000-yard campaign, fourth straight season with 100-plus catches and third straight year with 10 or more TDs, having posted an 83-969-8 line on 121 targets through 12 games.

Analysis: The eight targets actually led the Bills, but they didn't turn into much production. Diggs has been quiet to begin the second half of the season, catching only seven of 13 targets for 61 yards and zero TDs over the last two games, but he could break out in Week 12 against an Eagles secondary that's been one of the most generous in the league this season against wideouts.

Shut down by Broncos in loss
Diggs secured three of five targets for 34 yards in the Bills' 24-22 loss to the Broncos on Monday.
Analysis: Diggs was second in receptions and targets and third in receiving yards for the Bills on the night, an unfamiliar position for the typically prolific wideout. The three figures were also season lows for Diggs, who'd been on an upward trajectory yardage-wise heading into the contest with 70- and 86-yard tallies in Weeks 9 and 10. Diggs (back) wasn't listed on the team's final Week 10 injury report Saturday and is cleared for Monday's contest against the Broncos.
Analysis: Diggs was added to Friday's injury report with a back injury, but fantasy managers can breathe easier now that the star wideout doesn't carry a designation into Monday's contest. The perennial Pro Bowler has a solid 21-214-2 line on 31 targets in the three contests since his four-game streak of 100-yard efforts was snapped, and he'll draw a potentially favorable matchup against the Broncos in a Week 10 Monday night home battle on Nov. 13.

Analysis: Diggs was extremely efficient in turning his targets into receptions, but there wasn't much production to follow. His longest gain of the day went for 17 yards, but three of his catches went for under 10 yards. After commanding 13 targets in Week 1, Josh Allen also distributed the ball around to more pass catchers, another contributing factor to the relative down performance. Analysis: Diggs gave the Bills a 10-3 lead with a five-yard touchdown catch in the second quarter. Four turnovers by quarterback Josh Allen had the Bills on the ropes down the stretch in regulation, but Diggs came up clutch late with three catches for 40 yards in the two-minute drill to set up a game-tying field goal, though Buffalo ultimately fell short in overtime. The star receiver was undaunted by a tough matchup against cornerback Sauce Gardner and the stout New York secondary while no teammate had…read more

Looks good on only drive
Diggs caught both of his targets for 20 yards in Saturday's preseason game at Chicago.
Analysis: Diggs and QB Josh Allen played just one drive and led the Bills to a quick touchdown. They'll get a bigger challenge Week 1 at the Jets on Monday Night Football, facing a talented Gang Green defense that features one of the best cornerback duos in the league -- Sauce Gardner and D.J. Reed.

In line to play Saturday
Coach Sean McDermott relayed Thursday that the Bills' starters will play in Saturday's preseason finale against the Bears. In last weekend's exhibition loss to the Steelers, Diggs logged 13 snaps en route to recording two catches (on five targets) for 22 yards.
Analysis: Though Buffalo's starters are on track to see action versus Chicago, chances are Diggs and company won't see extensive action Saturday. Once the wideout gets his reps in, his focus will shift to preparing for the team's regular-season opener against the Jets. As the coming campaign approaches, Diggs remains entrenched as the Bills' No. 1 option in a WR corps that also features Gabe Davis, with Khalil Shakir, Trent Sherfield and Deonte Harty also in the mix.

Renews connection with Allen
Diggs recorded two receptions on five targets for 22 yards in Saturday's 27-15 preseason loss to the Steelers.
Analysis: Diggs played three series with Josh Allen and quickly racked up five targets. He was inefficient with the opportunity, though the proven rapport between the duo means there's no cause for concern. Diggs will likely take the field next for a Week 1 matchup against the Jets.

In line to play Saturday
Coach Sean McDermott indicated Thursday that the Bills starters will play about "a quarter and a half" in Saturday's preseason contest against the Steelers, Alec White of the team's official site reports. Diggs didn't play in last weekend's exhibition opener against the Colts.
Analysis: Per the report, QB Josh Allen will also face the Steelers after sitting out versus Indianapolis last Saturday. There's a solid chance that Diggs' only exhibition action ends up being against Pittsburgh, but McDermott noted Thursday that he sees value in playing starters during the preseason. "Simply put, it's to get them ready for the season," McDermott said.

Diggs won't play in Saturday's preseason game against the Colts, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Coach Sean McDermott said he'll play most of his starters but not Diggs or QB Josh Allen. They're the team's two most important players and seem to have moved past whatever was responsible for offseason reports of friction between them. Diggs is almost always taken in the first round of fantasy drafts, as one might expect of a player who has recorded no fewer than 103 catches, 1,225 yards and eight touchdowns in three seasons since the Vikings traded him to the Bills. Smooth sailing to open camp
Head coach Sean McDermott said Wednesday that Diggs and the Bills are "on the same page," Alex Brasky of The Batavia Daily News reports.
Analysis: Diggs missed time early during mandatory minicamp last month, and McDermott said Wednesday that the wideout's frustrations stemmed from the team's playoff loss last season, adding that the issue is now resolved. For his part, Diggs said Wednesday that things are "100 percent" resolved and noted that he would like to finish his career in Buffalo. With both parties in a good spot to begin training camp, Diggs once again finds himself well situated to repeat as one of the most productive wide…read more

Coach says situation resolved
Bills coach Sean McDermott said after Wednesday's minicamp practice, which Diggs attended, that the situation between the player and the team is "resolved," Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: McDermott noted that he excused Diggs from Tuesday's mandatory minicamp practice before the wideout returned to the field Wednesday and participated in individual drills before sitting out team work. Since Diggs, McDermott and quarterback Josh Allen have all been mum about the details surrounding why the receiver took part in only team meetings Tuesday before leaving the facility, it's fair to wonder whether Diggs is upset over his decreased usage in the second half of last season. Back at practice
Diggs participated in Wednesday's minicamp practice, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Diggs was noticeably absen from the Bills' first mandatory minicamp practice Tuesday, prompting head coach Sean McDermott to express concern regarding the situation. A day later, however, Diggs was back on the field. As long as he's available for the start of the season, the 29-year-old remains on track to headline the team's wideout corps on the heels of a 108-catch effort in 2022.

Absent from minicamp
The Bills confirmed that Diggs was at the team's facility Monday as well as Tuesday morning, but he then left before Tuesday's practice, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: At this stage, it's unclear why the wideout isn't at the team's mandatory minicamp, but coach Sean McDermott has called Diggs' absence "very concerning." During the 2022 season, Diggs -- who signed a four-year, $96 million extension last April -- caught 108 passes (on 154 targets) for 1,429 yards and 11 TDs in 16 games. Not at mandatory minicamp
Diggs isn't present for mandatory minicamp, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Sean McDermott told reporters he's "very concerned" by Diggs' absence, though the Bills head coach didn't provide an explanation for why the star wideout isn't present. This isn't necessarily a contract dispute, considering Diggs signed a four-year extension last spring. The 29-year-old hasn't participated in voluntary team activities this year, though that's not exactly abnormal for a veteran player of his caliber.

Not at Bills' voluntary workouts
General manager Brandon Beane confirmed Diggs didn't report for the start of the Bills' offseason workout program Monday, according to Matt Parrino of New York Upstate.
Analysis: It's important to note that these workouts are voluntary, but even Josh Allen is in attendance, and it's always notable when a potentially disgruntled star player chooses not to attend. Diggs has posted cryptic tweets this offseason after showing his frustration following the Bills' divisional-round loss to the Bengals in the playoffs last season. Analysis: Diggs was kept quiet as quarterback Josh Allen went without a touchdown pass for the first time since Week 9. Despite usually being Buffalo's most dangerous target, Diggs finished fourth on the team in receiving yards Sunday, even trailing rookie fifth-rounder Khalil Shakir. Big first half Sunday
Diggs caught seven of nine targets for 114 yards in Sunday's 34-31 win over the Dolphins in the wild-card round.
Analysis: Diggs enjoyed a big first half, with all seven of his catches coming prior to halftime. That total included a 52-yard bomb to set up Buffalo's opening touchdown early on. Even though he garnered just one look during the second half, Diggs still led the Bills in receiving yards and should remain a big factor as they advance to the AFC divisional round.

He finishes the regular season with 108 catches for 1,429 yards and 11 touchdowns on 154 targets, his third straight season of 100-plus catches. Analysis: Diggs sat out Thursday's practice, but his ability to return the next day suggests his availability for Monday's game against the Bengals isn't in jeopardy. Diggs secured both targets for 26 yards in the Bills' 35-13 win over the Bears on Saturday.
Analysis: Diggs endured a rough afternoon in the frigid conditions of Soldier Field, turning in his lowest reception and yardage totals of the season. Josh Allen spread the ball around to nine different players overall, helping to keep Diggs' numbers modest. Diggs recorded five receptions on nine targets for 60 yards in Saturday's 32-29 win over Miami.
Analysis: Diggs led Buffalo with nine targets, though he managed only 6.7 yards per target. His biggest gain of the day came on a 20-yard catch early in the second quarter, but he was otherwise limited to short areas of the field. Diggs will remain the most consistent part of the Buffalo offense, which gives him a safe floor of production, but he has failed to reach 100 receiving yards in each of his last five games, and he's also reached 90 yards just once in that span.

Analysis: After being held to four yards in the first half, Diggs promptly broke free for a 31-yard gain on Buffalo's second play of the third quarter, but he added just one more catch for two yards after that. Buffalo led 27-10 in the third quarter before momentum swung Minnesota's way, but Diggs still crossed the 100-yard threshold for the sixth time in nine games. Diggs will likely see some of his coverage against Green Bay's Jaire Alexander on Sunday night, Grace Heidinger of the Bills' official site reports. He finished the game with seven catches for 74 yards on 11 targets and 70 percent of snaps after piling up 270 yards and four touchdowns the first two weeks of the season. Diggs secured seven of 11 targets for 74 yards in the Bills' 21-19 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday. Per Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com, the star receiver exited the game late with what appeared to be cramping and was seen laying on the sideline.
Analysis: Diggs turned in his usual impressive statistical effort in the hotly contested divisional battle, but he simply appeared to run out of gas in the humid South Florida climate at a critical juncture in the game. Before exiting, Diggs was typically productive and led the Bills wideouts in targets while tying for second in receptions with Isaiah McKenzie. Candidate to rest in preseason finale
Coach Sean McDermott relayed Wednesday that QB Josh Allen, along with many of the Bills' key starters, a group that presumably includes Diggs, won't suit up for Friday's preseason finale against the Panthers,Alec White of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: As Week 1 approaches, Diggs and Gabriel Davis clearly top the Bills' wideout depth chart, so the coaching staff's focus Friday (in terms of the position) figures to be evaluating the team's complementary options ahead of looming roster cuts. Team-high yardage total in loss
Diggs secured seven of 13 targets for 74 yards in the Bills' 33-27 overtime loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.
Analysis: Diggs' yardage total paced the Bills on a busy day for the passing game, during which Josh Allen put the ball up 54 times overall. The multi-time Pro Bowler's target total also led the team and tied for a season high. Despite the solid production, Diggs has now fallen short of the 100-yard mark in four straight games and eight of his last nine contests overal. Fantasy managers counting on him in their upcoming postseason contests will hope for a much-needed breakout effort in Week 15 at home…read more

Makes four catches
Diggs caught four of seven targets for 51 yards in Monday night's 14-10 loss to the Patriots.
Analysis: Diggs led the Bills in all major receiving categories despite extreme wind heavily restricting the passing game. While Diggs managed a game-long catch of 26 yards, he also narrowly missed out on a deeper touchdown during the third quarter. Given the bad weather as well as a tough matchup versus the Patriots, his overall performance was commendable, but warmer conditions could prove more favorable in Week 14 versus the Buccaneers.

Seven catches in holiday win
Diggs brought in seven of nine targets for 74 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' 31-6 win over the Saints on Thursday night.
Analysis: Diggs paced the Bills in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the night and notched his seventh touchdown of the campaign on a five-yard grab early in the third quarter. The star wideout has posted at least five receptions in five of the last six contests, and with four touchdowns in the last three games, he heads into a Week 13 showdown with the Patriots on Monday night, Dec. 6 with a head of steam.

Two short TDs in blowout loss
Diggs caught four of six targets for 23 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 41-15 loss to the Colts.
Analysis: Diggs' pair of scores salvaged a strong fantasy performance out of a subpar showing from the Bills in every phase of the game. He did well to get his feet down along the sideline to secure a six-yard touchdown in the first quarter and added a nine-yard score in the fourth, but it was all Colts in between. After scoring just one touchdown through five games this season, Diggs has found the end zone five times in the last five games heading into a Thanksgiving road tilt in New Orleans.

Season-high yardage total in win
Diggs caught eight of 13 targets for 162 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 45-17 win over the Jets.
Analysis: Diggs did a significant chunk of his damage in the two-minute drill to close out the first half. With the Bills leading only 10-3, he hauled in a 47-yard deep ball before catching a 12-yard touchdown four plays later. That turned out to be the first of four consecutive Bills touchdowns, with the next three all coming on the ground in the third quarter. Solid showing
Diggs caught six passes for 85 yards on eight targets against Jacksonville on Sunday.
Analysis: The Jaguars shocked Buffalo with a 9-6 upset and obliterated basically every component of the Bills offense, the one exception being Diggs. He led Buffalo in receiving yards, catching 75 percent of his targets at 10.6 yards per target on a day where quarterback Josh Allen completed just 66 percent of his passes at 5.6 yards per attempt. Gets into end zone Sunday
Diggs secured five of seven targets for 40 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' 26-11 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.
Analysis: The star wideout often was held in check throughout the contest by some tough coverage from the Dolphins secondary, but Diggs managed to salvage his fantasy day with a 19-yard scoring grab early in the fourth quarter. While he otherwise was quiet, Diggs now has touchdown catches in consecutive games after finding the end zone only once through the first five contests of the campaign. He'll next look to exploit a vulnerable Jaguars secondary in a Week 9 road matchup.

Scores in close loss
Diggs caught nine of 11 targets for 89 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 34-31 loss to the Titans.
Analysis: Diggs led the Bills in receptions and targets on a night when he, Emmanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley all topped 85 yards through the air. However, it was Diggs who scored Buffalo's first touchdown of the game, hauling in a 14-yard slant during the second quarter. Posts 69 yards in win
Diggs had two receptions on five targets for 69 yards in Sunday's 38-20 win over Kansas City.
Analysis: Diggs wasn't needed much in a contest that the Bills led from wire to wire. The star wideout did make a splash with a big 61-yard reception but remained relatively quiet otherwise. Buffalo is getting more contributions from other receiving assets like Dawson Knox and Emmanuel Sanders this season, which has cut into Diggs' production compared to last year's monster totals. He remains a must-start option in this high-octane offense heading into a matchup against the Titans next Monday.

Tops 100 yards
Diggs recorded seven receptions on 10 targets for 114 yards in Sunday's Week 4 win over the Texans.
Analysis: Diggs had logged only one reception of more than 20 yards across the first three contests. However, he managed long receptions of 37 and 31 yards against the Texans to top 100 receiving yards for the first time in a game this season. Solid line in blowout win
Diggs secured six of 10 targets for 62 yards in the Bills' 43-21 win over Washington on Sunday.
Analysis: Diggs turned in a relatively vanilla stat line by his lofty standards, but his numbers still were useful to fantasy managers rostering him in PPR formats in particular. The star receiver thus far has been partly victimized by the Bills' passing attack not taking center stage this season until Sunday, but it still was disappointing to see him fail to score on a day Josh Allen threw four touchdowns. Finds end zone in blowout win
Diggs caught four of eight targets for 60 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 35-0 win over Miami.
Analysis: Diggs scored from five yards out in the first quarter but it's disappointing that he wasn't more involved after that given Buffalo's success offensively. The Bills relied primarily on the ground game in the blowout win, but Diggs remains the team's clear top option in the passing game. After battling two of the league's top secondaries in the Steelers and Dolphins, Diggs should find more space to work with in Week 3 against Washington.

Leads receivers in loss
Diggs brought in nine of 13 targets for 69 yards in the Bills' 23-16 loss to the Steelers on Sunday.
Analysis: Diggs led the Bills in receptions, receiving yards and targets, but he averaged a pedestrian 7.7 yards per catch in the process. The Pro Bowl wideout is likely to pace the Buffalo air attack plenty of weeks this season, but he should have a markedly easier time many weeks as compared to this matchup versus the suffocating Steelers defense. Diggs will look to boost his overall numbers in a Week 2 battle versus the Dolphins, though Miami also boasts a deep and experienced secondary.

Diggs (knee) isn't listed on the Bills' Week 1 injury report released Wednesday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: The Bills proceeded cautiously with Diggs as their preseason slate concluded, but Wednesday's injury report confirms that he's slated to play in Sunday's season opener against the Steelers. Diggs, who logged a fantasy-friendly 127 catches for 1,535 yards and eight touchdowns in 16 games last season, is slated to reprise his role as the Bills' top pass-catching option in 2021. Diggs (knee) is in uniform and going through pregame warmups ahead of Saturday's preseason matchup with Green Bay, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Between minor injuries and the reserve/COVID-19 list, Buffalo has rarely had its top four wideouts available at the same time this summer. However, all four could be out there Saturday afternoon, with Diggs joined in pregame warmups by Emmanuel Sanders, Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis. Analysis: The Bills wore jerseys (sans pads) and shorts, but Diggs' presence was an encouraging sign as he looks to put a knee injury behind him. The issue has kept him out of practice since Aug. 9, a span in which he missed the team's first two preseason games. Closing in on return to practice
Coach Sean McDermott said Diggs (knee) won't take part in practice Sunday, but the wide receiver is "trending in the right direction," Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Analysis: Sidelined since Aug. 9 due to a knee injury, Diggs has missed all on-field work, including practices and two preseason games, in the interim. McDermott hasn't made a decision on whether Josh Allen will be allowed to play in the Bills' exhibition capper Saturday against the Packers, but it could be tied to Diggs' own availability. Thus, if Diggs makes the requisite progress this week, there's a chance Allen and Diggs will get a possession or two of in-game reps prior to Week 1.

Diggs shared via his personal Twitter account Thursday that he played through a torn oblique in the playoffs last season.

He was limited in practice with the oblique injury throughout the postseason, but the severity of the injury was greater than Diggs let on at the time. Diggs had six receptions (11 targets) for 77 yards in Sunday's 38-24 loss to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.

In fact, the 26-year-old's final line was bolstered by an acrobatic big play that was made in garbage time. Diggs (oblique) caught six of nine targets for 128 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 27-24 wild-card round win over the Colts.

Diggs (oblique) is listed as a limited participant in Thursday's practice and is officially questionable for Saturday's playoff game against the Colts.
Analysis: Given that the Bills have not sounded overly concerned about the injury and Diggs was out there practicing to some degree Thursday, we feel pretty good about the star receiver's status for Saturday. Piles up catches in win
Diggs brought in 10 of 11 targets for 92 yards in the Bills' 34-24 win over the 49ers on Monday night.
Analysis: Diggs corralled a game-high number of receptions while checking in second in receiving yards to Cole Beasley. The prize offseason acquisition is being used in a possession role after averaging a career-high 12.0 yards per target with the Vikings in 2019, but his tally Monday night enabled him to eclipse the 1,000-yard mark for the third straight season. Diggs also now has a trio of 10-catch efforts in 2020 and has logged double-digit targets in three of his past four contests. The sixth-year…read more

Held in check by Chargers
Diggs caught seven of nine targets for 39 yards in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Chargers.
Analysis: Diggs set up Buffalo's opening-drive touchdown by drawing a 47-yard pass interference penalty, and he led the Bills in targets and catches despite being held to a season low in receiving yards. Buffalo's No. 1 receiver has 80 catches for 945 yards and has caught at least six passes in all but one game heading into a Week 13 matchup with a 49ers secondary that's starting to get some key pieces back from injury.

Finds end zone Sunday
Diggs caught 10 of 11 targets for 93 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 32-30 loss to the Cardinals.
Analysis: His 21-yard TD grab inside the final minute of the fourth quarter appeared to have given the Bills the win, but Kyler Murray capped a four-play, 34-second final drive with a successful hail mary to DeAndre Hopkins to steal the victory for the Cards. Diggs heads into Buffalo's bye week with 73 catches, 906 receiving yards and four touchdowns, putting him firmly on pace for a career year.

Tallies 118 receiving yards
Diggs caught nine of 12 targets for 118 yards during Sunday's 44-34 win over the Seahawks.
Analysis: Diggs led the team in targets, catches and receiving yardage, as he topped the 100-yard mark for the first time since Week 5. He didn't break off many long gains, with his game-long catch going for 25 yards. However, he consistently beat the porous Seattle secondary en route to another productive performance. Diggs is averaging an excellent 90.3 receiving yards per game this season and will look to add to his impressive numbers next Sunday against the Cardinals.

Tops 90 yards in Week 8 win
Diggs caught six of nine targets for 92 yards in Sunday's 24-21 win over New England.
Analysis: Diggs was the only Bills receiver able to get things going as the offense went with a run-heavy approach on a windy afternoon in Orchard Park. Cole Beasley ranked second on the team in both catches (two) and receiving yards (24), and Diggs has pulled away from John Brown -- who's playing through a knee injury -- as Josh Allen's go-to guy. Shutdown opponent ruled out
Diggs will not face Stephon Gilmore of the Patriots this week after the cornerback was determined to be out for Sunday's game, as reported by Field Yates of ESPN.
Analysis: Diggs will still have to compete with what's expected to be a rainy, windy day in Buffalo, all to go with Bill Belichick's propensity to shut down an opponent's top weapon, which is clearly Diggs this season. That said, it's probably not advisable to consider sitting the AFC's leading receiver, who will no longer have to find ways to free himself from the reigning Defensive Player of the Year.

Doesn't make much of 11 targets
Diggs caught six of 11 targets for 48 yards in Sunday's 18-10 win over the Jets.
Analysis: Diggs finished just one target behind Cole Beasley's team-leading total, but the slot receiver comfortably outproduced Diggs, with team highs in catches (11) and receiving yards (112). With at least six catches in all but one of his seven games with the Bills, Diggs should remain an integral part of Buffalo's offense in Week 8 against the Patriots.

Scores in defeat
Diggs caught six of eight targets for 46 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 26-17 loss to the Chiefs.
Analysis: Diggs led the Bills in all major receiving categories, with his modest yardage evidencing the impact that consistent rain had on his team's passing game. While it wasn't always pretty, Diggs still managed to find the end zone, skillfully keeping his feet in bounds while making a grab along the sideline from four yards out. With that play, Diggs has now gone for at least 85 yards and/or scored in all six games since joining Buffalo, making him one of the league's top performers at his position.

Tops 100 yards on 16 targets
Diggs hauled in 10 of 16 targets for 106 yards in Tuesday's 42-16 loss to the Titans.
Analysis: Diggs was the only Bills player to earn double-digit targets, as he was the team's clear-cut top receiver with John Brown (knee) inactive. The former Vikings standout topped the 100-yard mark for the third time through five games with Buffalo, bringing his season totals to 36 catches for 509 yards and three touchdowns. Regardless of Brown's status for Monday's game against the Chiefs, Diggs should continue to get plenty of attention from quarterback Josh Allen.

Diggs caught six of seven targets for 115 yards during Sunday's 30-23 win over the Raiders.
Analysis: Diggs led the team in targets, receptions and receiving yards while averaging a healthy 19.2 yards per reception. He came through with a season-high gain of 49 yards and continues to build an excellent rapport with ascending quarterback Josh Allen. Diggs is now on pace for over 1,600 yards through four games and will look to continue his excellent season in another favorable matchup next Sunday against the Titans.

Finds end zone in Week 3 win
Diggs caught four of six targets for 49 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 35-32 win over the Rams.
Analysis: Diggs had consecutive would-be one-yard touchdowns nullified in the first quarter; the first was overturned by the replay official while the second was negated by a penalty. He finally found the end zone from four yards out in the third quarter to put Buffalo up 28-3, and the Bills were able to escape with the win thanks to a late touchdown drive despite allowing Los Angeles to score the next 29 points after DIggs' touchdown. Could see heavy dose of Ramsey
Diggs will likely be covered frequently by star corner Jalen Ramsey during Sunday's game in Buffalo.
Analysis: This is certainly not a sure thing and Diggs' teammate John Brown is no slouch, but Diggs is the more skilled receiver, so it would make sense the Rams try to use as much of Ramsey as they can to slow him down, especially after Diggs torched the Miami secondary for 153 yards and a score last week. Excels for second straight week
Diggs secured eight of 13 targets for 153 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' 31-28 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.
Analysis: The offseason arrival has been a natural fit in the Bills offense over the first two games of the campaign, with Diggs now having notched eight grabs apiece against the Jets and Dolphins and already recording his first 100-yard effort in a Buffalo uniform. Eight catches in Buffalo debut
Diggs caught eight of nine targets for 86 yards in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Jets.
Analysis: Diggs had a solid Bills debut and led the team in receiving yards, but he was outplayed by John Brown, who finished with six catches for 70 yards and a touchdown. Brown topped 1,000 yards in 2019 and already has a rapport with quarterback Josh Allen, so it could take some time for Diggs to surpass Brown as Allen's go-to guy. Diggs took a couple of punishing blows in this one but held onto the ball through the contact each time, and that toughness should help earn Allen's trust ahead of a Week 2…read more

Ready to rock for new team
Diggs, who was bothered by a back issue at the beginning of the month, practiced fully all week and doesn't appear on Buffalo's injury report ahead of Week 1.
Analysis: The marquee offseason addition is ready to make his Bills debut as the team's top wideout. The Jets are not expected to have a great secondary, especially after dealing Jamal Adams to the Seahawks this offseason, so this may be about as good of a matchup as Diggs will see in the early part of Buffalo's schedule. Diggs (back) returned to practice Monday, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Per the report, the wideout -- who had been nursing a sore back -- was in full pads Monday, a sign that he's past what appears to have been a minor issue. Diggs is the favorite to lead the Bills in targets this coming season, albeit in an offense that figures to continue to lean heavily on the run.

Diggs did not practice Sunday as he continues to nurse a sore back, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports.

Bothered by sore back
Diggs will miss Thursday's practice while tending to soreness in his lower back, Vic Carucci of The Buffalo News reports.
Analysis: Based on the initial reports, this sounds like a day-to-day injury. We'll start to have cause for concern if Diggs doesn't return to practice at some point next week. He's the clear favorite to lead his new team in targets, playing in a Bills offense that finished last season t-24th in pass attempts (513) and 20th in yards per attempt (6.8). Has contract restructured
Diggs agreed to a restructured contract with the Bills on Wednesday, increasing his compensation for the 2020 season by $3.3 million to $14.8 million, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: On top of that, Diggs' guaranteed money for 2021 will go up $7.7 million to $11 million, while his combined 2022-23 take will decrease from $25.55 million to $22.67 million. According to Garafolo, the aforementioned adjustments were agreed to when he was dealt to Buffalo on March 16, but the emerging COVID-19 pandemic delayed them until Diggs was able to report to the team. Diggs isn't likely to be traded this offseason, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Diggs has a penchant for posting cryptic Tweets that have led to speculation he isn't happy in Minnesota, a sentiment that first gained steam in October after he skipped a practice. His frustration may have been related to the team's run-heavy offense, something that fellow wide receiver Adam Thielen also took issue with. Hauls in TD in loss to Niners
Diggs caught two of five targets for 57 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 27-10 loss to the 49ers in the NFC divisional round.
Analysis: He hauled in the Vikings' only TD of the day on a 41-yard strike from Kirk Cousins late in the first quarter, but the game mostly belonged to the Niners after that. Diggs finished the 2019 regular season with a career-high 1,130 yards, but he was used far more as a deep threat than he was in 2018 -- he caught 63 passes on 94 targets, a significant drop from the 102 grabs on 149 targets he saw in 2018, but made up for it by nearly doubling his YPT to 12.0. Cleared to play
Diggs (illness) is not listed on the Vikings' final injury report for Saturday's playoff game against the 49ers, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Diggs missed back-to-back practices Tuesday and Wednesday but was cleared to play after returning to the field Thursday. While he'll be good to go, fellow starting wideout Adam Thielen is listed as questionable for the contest after suffering an ankle injury during Wednesday's practice. Either way, Diggs will look to be more involved in his team's passing attack Saturday after being limited to two catches (on three targets) for 19 yards in last weekend's wild-card win over the Saints.

Diggs (illness) didn't practice Wednesday, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Analysis: Despite Diggs having missed his second straight practice, coach Mike Zimmer indicated that he isn't concerned about the wideout's availability for Saturday''s divisional playoff game versus the 49ers. Diggs' status will be revisited again Thursday during the Vikings' final practice of the week. Diggs (illness) wasn't spotted at the portion of Wednesday's practice that was open to the media, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Idle Tuesday with illness
Diggs wasn't in attendance for Tuesday's walk-through practice due to an illness, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: After defeating the Saints in overtime Sunday, the Vikings are holding only a light workout to begin the week, as the team faces a quick turnaround for Saturday's divisional-round matchup with the 49ers. Held in check by Saints
Diggs caught two of three targets for 19 yards and carried twice for eight additional yards during Sunday's 26-20 wild-card win over the Saints.
Analysis: Diggs saw his fair share of defensive coverage and struggled to get free against a talented New Orleans secondary. He didn't draw many targets and did little with the ones he did secure, recording a long gain of 10 yards on five touches. Still, Diggs converted a couple of big third downs and helped his team pull off an improbable road upset. He'll face another tough matchup next Saturday against the 49ers, but he should be involved nonetheless.

Lone bright spot in loss
Diggs caught three of four targets for 57 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 23-10 loss to the Packers. He also threw an incomplete pass on a failed trick play.
Analysis: Diggs gave his team a 10-3 lead with a 21-yard touchdown in the second quarter, but it was all downhill from there, as Green Bay scored the next 20 points. He easily led the Vikings in receiving yards, as no teammate finished with more than 31. Contributes 76 receiving yards
Diggs caught four of six targets for 76 yards and rushed once for four yards during Sunday's 39-10 win over the Chargers.
Analysis: Diggs led the team in targets, averaging 19.0 yards per catch thanks largely to his long gain of 46 yards. He could have had an even better stat line had the game remained competitive, but five turnovers from the home team greatly affected the game flow. Still, Diggs went over the 1,000-yard mark for the season and should be busier in next Monday's pivotal game against the Packers.

Shockingly shut down in loss
Diggs brought in just one of four targets for four yards in the Vikings' 26-23 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday.
Analysis: Even with teammate Adam Thielen exiting the game in the first half after reinjuring his hamstring, Diggs was a complete non-factor in the contest. The speedy wideout was well contained by the Chiefs secondary all afternoon, and his receptions and receiving yardage were both season lows. Diggs had come into the contest with a three-game streak of 100-yard performances, so fantasy managers should expect a resurgence to some degree Week 10 versus the Cowboys.
