With Their Top Guns Doing the Heavy Lifting, Adams Atoms Embarrasses Black Sheep
Carried by the triumvirate of Jared Goff, Davante Adams, and Jordan Love, Adams Atoms humiliated Black Sheep 373.00 to 237.50. That threesome teamed up to score 205.00 points, topping the production from Lavonte David, Cooper Rush, and Justin Jefferson (110.50 combined points), the top three on Black Sheep. Goff passed for five touchdowns, adding 97.00 points (494 Pas Yds, 5 TD). Adams recorded 198 receiving yards to contribute 57.00 points (198 Rec Yds, 2 TD), while Love chipped in 51.00 points (229 Pas Yds, 2 TD). Goff also recorded the second-highest point total in the league this week, with Adams tallying his highest point total of the season. With 373.00 points, Adams Atoms had the highest total in the league this season. On top of the loss, Black Sheep had three starters put up zeroes.
Alvin Kamara ultimately deserved more touches for Black Sheep, as he put up a whopping 70 total yards on just nine touches.
