Week 17 Recap: Tuesday Edition

JoeTheShows MUSKRATS Gets Victory Against Rollin with Mahomies, Evens Series

JoeTheShows MUSKRATS took a 21.25-point lead on Thursday and maintained an advantage throughout the matchup. This win was revenge for a loss to Rollin with Mahomies in their last meeting a season ago. Rollin with Mahomies was led by Ja'Marr Chase with 22.20 points (102 Rec Yds) and Jerry Jeudy, who scored 21.40 (94 Rec Yds). To make matters worse, Rollin with Mahomies had two starters score zero points (David Njoku and Tua Tagovailoa).

Tracy had plenty of opportunities for Rollin with Mahomies, but could only manage 73 total yards on 22 touches.

JoeTheShows MUSKRATS has several players cooling off at an inopportune time, including Khalil Shakir and Chris Boswell. Since the playoffs have begun, that duo has dropped 63% and 53% below their respective season-to-date scoring averages. Rollin with Mahomies also had a few players who were cooling off in the playoffs, most notably the Pittsburgh Steelers DEF and Tua Tagovailoa. During the postseason, that combo has averaged 3.00 and 8.32 points, respectively, falling short of their season-long marks by 70% and 65%.
