Centurions UK Tops Fineaglers, Will Play for Consolation Championship
Sam Darnold passed for three touchdowns (22.94 points) and Tee Higgins added 19.80 points as Centurions UK defeated Fineaglers 108.04 to 92.84. Centurions UK goes to 2-1 this season against Fineaglers, avenging a Week 14 pasting (181.42 to 123.32) the last time the teams met. Fineaglers was led by Jake Elliott with 17.00 points and the Buffalo Bills DEF, who scored 14.00 (21 PA, 1 TD, 2 Sack, 1 Int, 2 Fum).
Rico Dowdle had plenty of chances for Centurions UK, but he logged just 51 total yards on 16 touches.
For the winners, a couple of players have been hitting their strides at the right time: Mike Evans and Higgins.
