      Week 17 Recap: Tuesday Edition

CHUCKMON TARGARYEN Beats Up Jaylen for League Championship

A primetime rally on both Sunday Night Football and Monday Night Football wasn't good enough for Jaylen. They scored 24.80 points on SNF and 29.20 on MNF (combining to be 55% of their total score), but CHUCKMON TARGARYEN still easily earned the 170.48 to 98.96 victory. The late-match efforts were somewhat unexpected, considering their pregame projections forecasted 17.58 points on Sunday night and 22.18 on Monday. CHUCKMON TARGARYEN was led by Malik Nabers this week (171 Rec Yds, 2 TD). Nabers racked up 171 yards and provided 36.10 points in the beatdown. Ladd McConkey also helped the cause with 29.40 points with two touchdowns (94 Rec Yds, 2 TD). To make matters worse, Jaylen got goose eggs from both Tony Pollard and Tank Dell. In addition to that, with 170.48 points, CHUCKMON TARGARYEN had the sixth-highest total in the league this season.

On CHUCKMON TARGARYEN, the Indianapolis Colts DEF wasn't just the one DEF to tally a negative score; they represented the lone fantasy starter throughout the entire league in the red.

With 33 touches this week for Saquon Barkley, it means that his touches have now increased in three consecutive games.

For the winning team, a few players have been playoff studs, including Nabers and McConkey. During the playoffs, that duo has bettered their season scoring averages by 70% and 70%, respectively. On the other hand, CHUCKMON TARGARYEN has a player heading in the opposite direction. Josh Allen has fallen well beneath his year-to-date average in the postseason by 28%.

CHUCKMON TARGARYEN ended the regular season in first place with a record of 14-1. They also ranked first in the league with 144.78 points per game. In their only other postseason game on their march to the title, CHUCKMON TARGARYEN beat RedWolves, 166.86 to 134.56. They had the league's best average scoring margin this season, outpacing opponents by 33.21 points per game. Jaylen concluded the regular season in third place with a record of 10-5. With a scoring average of 123.26, they also placed fourth in the league in that metric. In their only other postseason game of the season, Jaylen defeated Gerardo, 131.70 to 126.38.
