      Week 7 Recap: Tuesday Edition

With a Pair of Detroit Lions Leading the Charge, SUPERTEEN Waxes Byebyebarkley

A dynamic duo of Detroit Lions (Jahmyr Gibbs and Amon-Ra St. Brown) delivered strong efforts, as SUPERTEEN dismantled Byebyebarkley 121.94 to 68.80. That tandem teamed up to score 57.20 points in the win. Gibbs scored two touchdowns (116 Rsh Yds, 44 Rec Yds, 2 TD) to contribute 32.00 points, while Brown (112 Rec Yds, 1 TD) chipped in 25.20. Gibbs also recorded the second-highest point total in the league this week, with Brown tallying his highest point total of the season. On top of the loss, Byebyebarkley had two starters score zero points (the Chicago Bears DEF and Brandon Aubrey). Byebyebarkley (3-4, 778.74 points) drops to eighth place, while SUPERTEEN (6-1, 985.32 points) remains in first place.

There was a player on both teams that had plenty of chances but left points out on the field. On the Byebyebarkley, James Cook got 12 touches but only tallied 32 total yards, while Alvin Kamara was even less effective, managing just 24 yards on 13 touches for SUPERTEEN.

Since Gibbs was the leading point-getter for SUPERTEEN, it means a different player has now topped the team in each of the past five weeks. With 27.00 points, Dallas Goedert paced the squad in Week 3, while Alvin Kamara put up 24.90 points to lead the way in Week 4. George Kittle (20.40 points) was tops in Week 5 and Chris Godwin (35.50 points) led in Week 6.

SUPERTEEN takes on Game Of Mahomes (3-4, 749.32) in Week 8, while Byebyebarkley gets PurpleButcher (3-4, 783.38).
