      Around The League
      • Sandman and TERRY both won this week, even though neither had a top-15 scoring QB.
      • Sandman continues defying the pundits, and has beaten their projected score five weeks in a row.
      • No surprise here: teams have won 75.0% of the time this season when starting the league's top-scoring QB of the week (6-2 overall).
      • 23 started the league's top-scoring RB (Conner with 30.80 points) and the top-scoring TE (Smith with 19.80) this week.
      • Jashim has now decreased their score each of the past four weeks.
      • Tom probably wishes they had started Jared Goff. The 41.06 points he scored would have represented the third-highest individual score this week.
      • 23 is on a three-game winning streak.
      • TERRY is on a three-game winning streak.

      Week 15 Recap: Tuesday Edition

23 Gets Victory Against Tom for 3rd Straight Win

This week's two highest-scoring teams met in an epic battle as 23 defeated Tom 180.04 to 166.40. This is the most a team has scored this season without getting a victory. Tom falls to 9-6 but stays in second place. 23 (11-4) is in first place and has the highest points per game average at 143.66. However, the combined total was a bit surprising given that 23 was only projected to score 133.68 points and Tom was expected to score 124.98 points. Mike Evans (159 Rec Yds, 2 TD) got 36.90 points and James Conner (110 Rsh Yds, 28 Rec Yds, 2 TD) scored 30.80 points, exceeding their projections by 158.8% and 79.2%, respectively. Tom was led by Lamar Jackson (290 Pas Yds, 65 Rsh Yds, 5 TD), who got 36.10 points, and Terry McLaurin (73 Rec Yds, 2 TD), who finished with 26.30. That pair topped their scoring projections by 66.1% and 79.8%, respectively.

Alvin Kamara ultimately deserved more touches for 23, as he put up a whopping 70 total yards on just nine touches.

While Ja'Marr Chase led 23 weeks (with 45.10 points), Evans has now been the team's leading scorer in two of the past three matches.

As the regular season comes to a close, both 23 and Tom can now set their sights on a playoff run.
