Tom Wins Against Sandman, Moves on to Championship
Tom remains undefeated in two matchups against Sandman with a 165.18 to 142.16 win. Their overall record goes to 10-6, while Sandman falls to 8-8. Jonathan Taylor rushed for 218 yards and was the difference this week, picking up 39.80 points for Tom. Taylor continues to perform like a second-rounder should for Tom, scoring an average of 16.01 points per game.
Tom was on a different level in the backfield, as they started two of the league's top-five overall RBs this week (including Taylor, who was best overall).
For the victorious side, a few players have been hitting their strides at the right time, most notably Taylor and Sam LaPorta. Over the past four fantasy matchups, that duo has outperformed their season scoring averages by 62% and 59%, respectively.
