Week 6 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Sandman Pounds mark, Climbs to 5th Place

Sandman got 25.20 points from Derrick Henry (132 Rsh Yds, 2 TD) and 18.38 from C.J. Stroud (192 Pas Yds, 3 TD/1 Int), pummeling mark 115.28 to 33.66. Sandman took a 7.00-point lead on Thursday and maintained an advantage throughout the matchup. After dropping their last four matchups, mark is falling apart. On top of the loss, mark had six starters put up zeroes. Sandman (3-3, 714.78 points) climbs into fifth place and mark (1-5, 485.22 points) is still looking up at everyone from the cellar.

For Sandman, Chris Olave wasn't just the lone wide receiver to post a negative score; he was the only starter throughout the whole league in the negatives. In addition, they had a player that let some chances slip through his hands. Despite being targeted 11 times, Wan'Dale Robinson could manage just five catches.

While Brock Bowers led Sandman matches (with 23.70 points), Henry has now been the team's leading scorer in two of the last three weeks. Additionally, with 14 targets this week for CeeDee Lamb, it means that his targets have now increased in three consecutive games.

Next week, Sandman gets Inigo (3-3, 661.92), while mark matches up with Tom (4-2, 741.26).
