Week 15 Recap: Tuesday Edition

eric Beats Voltron for 3rd Consecutive Win

Voltron labored to score points this week and fell to eric 117.22 to 40.44. eric took a 23.30-point lead on Thursday and maintained an advantage throughout the matchup. eric gets revenge for a Week 6 loss (129.82 to 122.50) and improves to 1-1 this season against Voltron. With Cooper Kupp delivering zero points for eric, the outcome could have been worse. Voltron (9-6, 1,836.44 points) drops to third place and eric (8-7, 1,818.60 points) remains in sixth place.

On Voltron, Jameis Winston was one of two total league starters to tally a negative score (and the only signal-caller in negative territory ). Additionally, they had a noteworthy player that failed to capitalize on opportunites. Despite being targeted seven times, Marquez Valdes-Scantling could only manage two catches.

Since Mayfield was the high scorer for eric, it means that a different player has now led the team in each of the last six weeks. With 29.40 points, Bijan Robinson paced the squad in Week 10, while Cooper Kupp (28.60 points) was team-leader in Week 11 and De'Von Achane (20.60 points) led the way in Week 12. Russell Wilson (26.86 points) was tops in Week 13 and Kyren Williams (23.70 points) led last week.

As the regular season comes to a close, Voltron can now set their sights on a playoff run.
