      Week 17 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Voltron Gets Victory over Jason, Yet to Lose in Series

Voltron defeated Jason 132.92 to 103.70 to improve their season record to 3-0 against them. They improve to 10-7, while Jason drops to 9-8. Lamar Jackson (168 Pas Yds, 87 Rsh Yds, 2 Pas TD, 1 Rsh TD) was the key player this week, grabbing 29.42 points for Voltron. Jackson continues to perform like a second-rounder should for Voltron, contributing a magnificent 25.46 points per game. On top of the loss, Jason had a starter score zero points (Jalen Hurts). In three matchups with Jason, Voltron has a 38.99-point average margin of victory.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. had plenty of chances for Voltron, but he logged just 73 total yards on 22 touches.

For the victors, Travis Kelce is peaking during the playoffs. He has outperformed his season scoring average by 32% during the postseason run. On the other hand, Voltron also has a player trending in the wrong direction, as Brian Robinson has fallen well beneath his year-to-date average since the playoffs began. Despite the loss, Jason had several players performing their best in the playoffs, most notably Jonathan Taylor and T.J. Hockenson. During the postseason, that combo has averaged 33.70 and 8.25 points, respectively, topping their season-long marks by 163% and 72%. Conversely, the losers had a player who was sputtering under the brightest lights. Averaging 21.01 points on the season, Hurts mustered just 2.27 per game in the playoffs.
