Final Score 114.24 | 157.68 |
The triumvirate of Josh Allen, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Malik Nabers led the way, as Steel Curtain beat Naked and Kincaid 157.68 to 114.24. That threesome combined to score 102.78 points, clearly outperforming Terry McLaurin, Jayden Daniels, and Justin Jefferson (70.24 combined points), the top three on Naked and Kincaid. Allen passed for 362 yards, registering 41.28 points (362 Pas Yds, 68 Rsh Yds, 2 Pas TD, 2 Rsh TD). Brown came through with 193 receiving yards to contribute 37.30 points (193 Rec Yds, 1 TD), while Nabers helped out with 24.20 points (82 Rec Yds, 1 TD). Also, Allen recorded the second-highest point total in the league this week. With 157.68 points, Steel Curtain had the eighth-highest total in the league this season. The gap could have been wider as Steel Curtain had a starter score zero points (Patrick Taylor). Steel Curtain (8-7, 1,906.84 points) climbs into fourth place. Naked and Kincaid, despite the loss, clinches a playoff spot this week (second place, 9-6, 1,815.18 points).
Joe Mixon had plenty of chances for Steel Curtain, but he logged just 56 total yards on 17 touches.
Allen has now led Steel Curtain in scoring in three straight weeks, and for three of the last five.
Naked and Kincaid heads to next week's playoffs.
With 19.80 points, Smith set the high-water mark this week for any TE.
Dowdle had 25 carries for 149 yards, giving him at least 100 yards on the ground in each of his last three games.
The 23.64 points scored by Daniels this week was good enough to rank seventh among QBs.
Allen (362 Pas Yds, 68 Rsh Yds, 2 Pas TD, 2 Rsh TD) is on a roll, throwing for at least 300 yards and two touchdowns in each of his last two games.
Nabers (82 Rec Yds, 1 TD) scored 24.20 points, the ninth-highest score of any WR in the league this week.
Jefferson pulled down seven catches this week for 73 yards and a TD. He now has at least 50 yards and a touchdown in each of his last two games.
