Behind a Sizzling Showing from Jayden Daniels, Multiple Scoregasms Moves on to Championship
The output of Jayden Daniels paved the way, as Multiple Scoregasms picked up a win against Fu_N_Yo_Team 160.82 to 127.68. Daniels went off for 34.42 points in a 33.14-point victory for Multiple Scoregasms. He passed for five touchdowns as part of his showcase performance (258 Pas Yds, 81 Rsh Yds, 5 TD/2 Int). He also recorded the third-highest point total in the league this week.
There was one player on Fu_N_Yo_Team that missed out on some chances. Despite being targeted seven times, DK Metcalf could manage just three catches.
To go along with the fantasy victory, Multiple Scoregasms was savvy enough to select winners in real football, as well. Among all of their starters, Chris Boswell is the only one that played on a losing NFL team in Week 16.
For the winners, a few players have been warming up at the right time, most notably Jonathan Taylor and Daniels. Over the past four weeks, that duo has exceeded their season scoring averages by 62% and 42%, respectively. On the other hand, Multiple Scoregasms has a player heading in the opposite direction. The Detroit Lions DEF has fallen significantly short of their year-to-date average recently. Despite the loss, Fu_N_Yo_Team had a pair of players peaking for the postseason: Sam LaPorta and Tee Higgins.
