Khal-El Picks Up Win Against DIRTYBIRD, Will Play for Championship
Derrick Henry rushed for 162 yards (20.90 points) and Brandon Aubrey added 20.00 points as Khal-El beat DIRTYBIRD 136.86 to 103.78. Khal-El gets revenge for a Week 7 loss (125.24 to 106.52) and improves to 1-1 this season against DIRTYBIRD. DIRTYBIRD was led by De'Von Achane with 31.00 points (120 Rsh Yds, 70 Rec Yds, 1 TD) and Lamar Jackson, who scored 20.48 (207 Pas Yds, 3 TD/1 Int).
It wasn't all bad news for DIRTYBIRD, as they did put together a team of real-life winners. Every starter except Joe Mixon played on a winning NFL team this week.
For the winning team, a few players have been warming up at the right time, including Sam LaPorta and Tee Higgins. Over the past four fantasy matchups, that duo has surpassed their season scoring averages by 59% and 41%, respectively. On the other hand, Khal-El has several players heading in the opposite direction. Kenneth Walker III and the Minnesota Vikings DEF have both fallen well beneath their year-to-date averages recently.
