      Week 6 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Three Is the Magic Number, as Jared Drops the Hammer on Todd

With the triple threat of Chris Godwin, Joe Mixon, and Joe Burrow leading the way, Jared dismantled Todd 132.72 to 80.36. Combining for 82.52 points, that threesome alone surpassed the total of Todd. Godwin scored two touchdowns, adding 35.50 points (125 Rec Yds, 2 TD). Mixon recorded two touchdowns to contribute 27.20 points (102 Rsh Yds, 30 Rec Yds, 1 Rsh TD, 1 Rec TD), while Burrow chipped in 19.82 points (208 Pas Yds, 55 Rsh Yds, 1 Rsh TD). Godwin also recorded the highest point total in the league this week, with Mixon tallying his highest point total of the season. Jared had the top score of the week, as well as the second-biggest margin of victory in the league this season. Jared played one starter with zero points while Todd also served up one goose egg, meaning both teams could have scored more points. Todd (2-4, 598.44 points) drops to eighth place, while Jared (5-1, 721.42 points) remains in second place.

Unfortunately for Todd, Chris Olave was the lone wideout to tally a negative score (one of only two total starters in the league in the negatives). Additionally, they had a player that missed out on some opportunities. Despite being targeted eight times, George Pickens could manage just three catches.

While Joe Burrow led Jared with 33.78 points in Week 5, Godwin paced the squad this week with 35.50. In addition to the fantasy W, Jared was keen enough to select winners in real football, as well. Each start played on a victorious NFL team this week.

In Week 7, Jared faces top-ranked Kupp of Coffee (5-1, 814.14). Todd gets Tyrone (1-5, 668.50).
