      Week 9 Recap: Tuesday Edition

stuart Brings Down Brandon, Grabs 5th Place

This week's two highest-scoring teams met in a shootout as stuart defeated Brandon 160.82 to 136.70. This is the third-most a team has scored this season without getting the victory. Brandon falls to 6-3 (1st place) and breaks a two-game winning streak. stuart (5-4) has the highest points per game average at 137.80. However, the score from stuart was a bit surprising given that they were only expected to score 118.02 points. Brandon scored 115.4% of their projected 118.48. Saquon Barkley (159 Rsh Yds, 40 Rec Yds, 1 Rsh TD, 1 Rec TD) accumulated the second-highest score of the week (32.90) and Derrick Henry scored 26.30 points to lead stuart. Lamar Jackson (280 Pas Yds, 3 TD) amassed 23.60 points for Brandon.

There was one starter on Brandon that failed to capitalize on opportunites. Even though DJ Moore saw a total of nine targets, he reeled in just four catches.

While DeVonta Smith led stuart matches (with 20.50 points), Barkley has now been the team's top scorer in two of the last three weeks.

In Week 10, stuart will face Lard Knocks (3-6, 1,015.82). Brandon gets Jonathan (1-8, 863.98), who sits in last place.
