De'Von Achane had plenty of chances for Mowbray Misanthropes, but he logged just 38 total yards on 12 touches.
For the victorious side, several players have been getting hot in the playoffs, most notably Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr. During the playoffs, that duo has bettered their season scoring averages by 70% and 61%, respectively. Despite the loss, Summer had a few players performing their best in the playoffs, including Brock Purdy and Puka Nacua. In their only other postseason game on their path to the consolation championship, Mowbray Misanthropes defeated lexi, 138.14 to 127.96. They had the league's best average scoring margin this season, outpacing opponents by 12.84 points per game. Summer wrapped up the regular season in sixth place with a record of 7-8. In terms of scoring average, they ranked slightly better (fifth with 120.90). In their only other postseason game of the season, Summer walloped RockerNurse, 149.32 to 103.76.
