      Week 9 Recap: Tuesday Edition

      Red Dogs Wins Against rex

A primetime rally on both Sunday Night Football and Monday Night Football wasn't enough for rex. They put up 24.20 points on SNF and 26.54 on MNF (combining to be 43% of their total score), but Red Dogs still pulled out the 162.00 to 117.44 victory. Red Dogs was led by Saquon Barkley this week (159 Rsh Yds, 40 Rec Yds, 1 Rsh TD, 1 Rec TD). The Philadelphia RB rushed for 159 yards and contributed 32.90 points to the cause. Zay Flowers also helped out with 29.70 points by getting two touchdowns (127 Rec Yds, 2 TD). In addition to that, with 162.00 points, Red Dogs had the second-best total in the league this season. Red Dogs (7-2, 1,282.46 points) remains in first place, while rex (2-7, 1,010.20 points) stays in ninth place.

Jones had plenty of opportunities for rex, but could only manage 82 total yards on 25 touches.

Since Barkley was the top point-getter for Red Dogs, it means a different player has led the team in each of the last four weeks. With 35.50 points, Chris Godwin paced the squad in Week 6, while Lamar Jackson (34.44 points) was tops in Week 7 and James Cook (28.30 points) last week. In addition to the fantasy victory, Red Dogs was savvy enough to choose winners in real-life football, as well. Among all of their starters, Jake Ferguson was the only one that didn't suit up on a winning NFL team this week.

Next week, Red Dogs goes up against Punt (2-7, 892.30), the last-place team in the league. rex will take on Bor (6-3, 1,023.88).
