Josh recorded the second-highest point total in the league this week to pummel Patrik 148.42 to 97.10. Josh took a 23.12-point lead on Sunday afternoon and maintained that advantage for the rest of the matchup. Josh has proven their team is for real and remains undefeated. Chuba Hubbard (acquired via free agency in Week 4) made a big impact, posting 15.30 points. Adding insult to injury, Patrik had three starters put up zeroes. Patrik (1-5, 629.56 points) sinks into the cellar and Josh (6-0, 880.26 points) remains in first place.
Saquon Barkley had plenty of chances for Josh, but he logged just 54 total yards on 20 touches.
Since Godwin was the leading point-getter for Josh, it means a different player has now topped the team in each of the past five weeks. With 26.00 points, Davante Adams paced the squad in Week 2, while Saquon Barkley put up 33.60 points to lead the way in Week 3. Lamar Jackson (23.64 points) was tops in Week 4 and Ja'Marr Chase (41.30 points) led in Week 5.
Josh takes on Jonathan (2-4, 573.20) next week, while Patrik gets Desert Diablos (2-4, 726.30).
