Week 9 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Andrew Gets Victory over Carlos, Hole Gets Bigger

Alvin Kamara rushed for 155 yards (27.50 points) and Geno Smith threw for 363 yards (22.12 points) as Andrew beat Carlos 104.12 to 95.88. Carlos is suffering a season-long drought and is winless. Smith (acquired via free agency in Week 7) made a big impact, posting 22.12 points. It could have gone the other way had Carlos not had a starter score zero points (Mike Evans). Andrew (7-2, 1,059.44 points) remains in third place and Carlos (0-9, 871.84 points) stays mired in the cellar.

There were two players that let some chances slip through their hands for Andrew. Even though Keenan Allen and DJ Moore saw a total of 19 combined targets, they were able to reel in just eight catches between them.

While George Kittle led Andrew in Week 8 with 24.80 points, Kamara paved the way this week with 27.50.

Next week, Andrew will face league-leader Guatemalan Saints (8-1, 1,261.56). Carlos squares off against Michael (7-2, 1,209.40), who has averaged a solid 134.38 points this season.
