  • FinleyPacker has now beaten their projected score three weeks in a row.
  • Freeze Tag continues defying the pundits, and has beaten their projected score three weeks in a row.

  • No surprise here: teams have won 63.6% of the time this season when starting the league's top-scoring QB of the week (7-4 overall).
  • Barnyard Breezerkers was tough to beat with the league's top-scoring QB (Allen with 41.28 points) and the top-scoring RB (Conner with 30.80) this week.
  • Alex is on a five-game winning streak.
  • Squatters probably wishes they had started Mike Evans. The 36.90 points he scored would have represented the fifth-highest individual score this week.

Week 15 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Alex Pulls Off Comeback over Freeze Tag for 5th Straight Win

Alex took advantage of the highest score by a player this week from Davante Adams with 42.80 points (198 Rec Yds, 2 TD) and erased a 12.60-point deficit on Monday night, stealing one from Freeze Tag 137.80 to 134.40. This matchup saw three lead changes, with the largest lead being 49.70 points after Sunday afternoon. With the win, Alex secures a playoff spot. Alex goes to 1-1 this season against Freeze Tag, avenging a Week 6 waxing (139.28 to 95.02) the last time the teams met. Alex (9-6, 1,849.92 points) remains in third place and Freeze Tag (4-11, 1,589.10 points) stays in ninth place.

There was one fairly important starter on Alex that missed out on some chances. Despite being targeted nine times, Jauan Jennings could only manage two catches.

It wasn't all bad news for Freeze Tag, as they did put together a team of real-life winners. Every starter except Justin Herbert suited up for a winning NFL team this past week. While Justin Jefferson led Alex last week with 32.20 points, Adams paved the way this week with 42.80.

Alex is playoff-bound next week.
