AppleBottomGenos Pulls Off Comeback over KC Gal, Will Play for Consolation Championship
AppleBottomGenos got 24.30 points from Bijan Robinson (94 Rsh Yds, 2 TD) and 22.32 from Baker Mayfield (303 Pas Yds, 42 Rsh Yds, 2 TD/1 Int), sneaking by KC Gal 121.82 to 119.00. AppleBottomGenos came into the Sunday night game facing a 19.50-point deficit, but scored 22.32 for the comeback victory. This matchup included four lead changes, with the largest lead being 19.50 points after Sunday evening. AppleBottomGenos goes to 2-1 this season against KC Gal, avenging a Week 10 loss (118.04 to 107.14) the last time the teams met. Jahmyr Gibbs led KC Gal with 25.40 points (109 Rsh Yds, 45 Rec Yds, 1 TD) while Patrick Mahomes racked up 23.70 (260 Pas Yds, 33 Rsh Yds, 1 Pas TD, 1 Rsh TD).
