Week 9 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Violators Gets Win Against Bears take the North, Deepens Losing Streak Frustration

Chase Brown racked up 26.70 points and J.K. Dobbins added another 24.50 points with two touchdowns as Violators got past Bears take the North 124.36 to 117.74. Bears take the North has dropped their last seven matchups. De'Von Achane brought in the third-highest score of the league this week with 32.10 points (63 Rsh Yds, 58 Rec Yds, 1 Rsh TD, 1 Rec TD) for Bears take the North. Bears take the North got zero points from Cole Kmet, which might have made the difference in the outcome. Violators (5-4, 1,015.68 points) remains in sixth place and Bears take the North (2-7, 922.28 points) stays locked in the cellar.

Both squads had a starter who wasn't fully in tune with his QB. On Violators, Dalton Kincaid was able to make just four catches, despite being targeted 10 times. For Bears take the North, DJ Moore also caught four balls (on nine targets).

Since Brown was the top point-getter for Violators, it means a different player has led the team in each of the last four weeks. With 19.80 points, Diontae Johnson paced the squad in Week 6, while Kyler Murray (20.20 points) was tops in Week 7 and CeeDee Lamb (39.60 points) in Week 8.

In Week 10, Violators will meet The Jokers (5-4, 1,069.08). Bears take the North will take on league-leader Farkas Forkballs (6-3, 1,211.76).
