Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said Tuesday that after numerous conversations with Ramsey "we decided it was probably in the best interest for all parties to move forward [separately]", Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Analysis: Miami has already paid a $4 million (a roster bonus) of the $25.1 million fully guaranteed that Ramsey is due in 2025, leaving a potential trade partner with the bill for only $21.1 million this year. Of that sum, $18.98 million comes as a bonus due Week 1, a cap hit spread around future seasons and potentially open to restructuring, making his contract relatively trade-friendly for the 2025 season. Ramsey played all 17 regular-season games for the Dolphins in 2024 and remained a high-end starter, though failed to earn a Pro Bowl nod for the first time since his rookie year (min. 10 games played). There should be no shortage of teams interested in trading for Ramsey, though in the event that no deal can be worked out, Grier said "if he's here, we'll deal with it."

Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said Tuesday that the team is not currently considering trading Hill (wrist), Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Grier noted that Hill, who is recovering from wrist surgery, has been present at team facilities during the early portion of the offseason and is working with new wide receivers coach Robert Prince, per David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel. He dismissed the team's desire to trade the veteran wideout by saying the organization would "consider it" for the unrealistic return of "two first-rounders," Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports. By the end of the 2024 season things appeared fractured enough between Hill and Miami that a parting of ways was inevitable, but the 31-year-old has since made public efforts to mend relations. After surpassing 1,700 receiving yards in two consecutive prior years, Hill was limited to an 81-959-6 line across 17 regular-season appearances in 2024, enduring both a nagging wrist injury and tumult at the quarterback position.

The Packers signed FitzPatrick to a contract on Monday, NFL.com reports.
Analysis: FitzPatrick entered the offseason as a restricted free agent but wasn't tendered by Green Bay, and he now re-signs with the team. Across nine regular-season appearances with the Packers in 2024, the tight end secured his only target for two yards. He contributed as a blocker on the majority of his 69 offensive snaps.

The Browns signed Okwara to a contract Monday, Kelsey Russo of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Okwara appeared in 13 games with the Cardinals in 2024, registering 18 tackles. He served as an outside linebacker in Arizona but will likely settle into a depth role at defensive end in Cleveland coordinator Jim Schwartz's 4-3 base defense.

Parsons is present for the start of the Cowboys' voluntary offseason workout program Monday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Parsons, who is entering the final year of his rookie contract and seeking a long-term extension, said at the end of the 2024 campaign that he intended to participate in voluntary workouts. The last two years, as Archer notes, Parson normally skipped out on attending the voluntary portion of the Cowboys' offseason. Parsons has tallied at least 12.0 sacks in four consecutive seasons to begin his NFL career and is reportedly seeking a new deal in the range of $200 million, per Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News, which would make him the highest paid non-quarterback in league history.
