Rufo's Brings Down The Sutras, Streak Now at 11
This week's two highest-scoring teams met in an epic battle as Rufo's took down The Sutras 171.48 to 151.32. This is the most a team has scored this season without getting a victory. The Sutras falls to 4-10 (9th place), pushing their losing streak to three. Rufo's (13-1) is in first place and has the second-highest points per game average at 135.26. However, the combined points was tough to predict given that Rufo's was only projected to score 110.63 points and The Sutras was expected to score 105.62 points. Even with a 106.30 points per game average, which ranks ninth in the league, The Sutras has a 4-10 record. Zach Charbonnet (134 Rsh Yds, 59 Rec Yds, 2 TD) put up 38.30 points and Sam Darnold (347 Pas Yds, 5 TD) scored 34.58 points, exceeding their projections by 195.5% and 110.9%, respectively. The Sutras was led by Tyreek Hill (115 Rec Yds, 1 TD), who logged 28.10 points, and Jauan Jennings (90 Rec Yds, 2 TD), who finished with 28.00.
