      Week 5 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Hubcity Beats Steelers in Shootout Between Top Two Scoring Teams

This week's two highest-scoring teams met in a shootout as Hubcity defeated Steelers 156.24 to 130.40. This is the first time this season a team has scored this many points and not picked up the win. The loss drops Steelers to 4th (2-3) in the standings. Hubcity (4-1) is in second place and has the second-highest points per game average at 128.58. However, the scoring output was tough to predict given that Hubcity was only expected to score 109.13 points and Steelers was projected to score 92.21 points. Ja'Marr Chase (193 Rec Yds, 2 TD) put up 41.30 points and DJ Moore (105 Rec Yds, 2 TD) scored 27.50 points, exceeding their projections by 167.8% and 105.2%, respectively. Drake London (154 Rec Yds, 1 TD) got 33.40 points to score 145.8% more than projected (13.59) for Steelers. On top of the loss, Steelers got nothing from Anthony Richardson.

Hubcity was on a different level with their wideouts, as they started two of the league's top-10 overall WRs this week (including Chase, who was best overall). Also, with 13 targets this week for London, it means that his targets have now increased in four consecutive games.

Hubcity takes on The Kings Men (2-3, 486.18) next week, while Steelers gets Football is back (3-2, 526.50).
