Week 2 Recap: Tuesday Edition

DarStars Snatches One from Julz

DarStars was clutch under the lights of prime time with 27.50 points on Sunday Night Football and 38.20 on Monday (a combined 43% of their total score) to steal the win from Julz 153.86 to 124.82. The late heroics were a bit unexpected, since they were projected to put up just 14.47 points on Sunday night and only 32.27 on Monday. DarStars was led by Nico Collins, who contributed all 27.50 of the team's SNF points to the cause (135 Rec Yds, 1 TD). The 153.86 points represented the highest overall total in the league this week. DarStars (2-0, 291.94 points) shifts into first place, while Julz (0-2, 237.42 points) winds up in eighth place.

Jerome Ford really deserved more touches for Julz, as he put up a whopping 64 total yards on just eight touches.

It wasn't all bad news for Julz, as they did put together a team of real-life winners. Every starter except Wil Lutz suited up on an NFL team that won in Week 2.

DarStars squares off against Steelers (1-1, 218.84) next week, while Julz gets Hubcity (2-0, 247.16).
