BayArea slipped by Chappers NZ Choppers 120.68 to 118.30 to remain undefeated against them, and in the process, clinch a playoff spot. Their overall record goes to 9-6, while Chappers NZ Choppers drops to 6-9. Mike Evans racked up 159 yards and was the difference this week, garnering 36.90 points. Evans continues to perform like a third-rounder should for BayArea, scoring an average of 16.45 points per game.
Chappers NZ Choppers had one rather noticeable starter who wasn't fully in tune with his QB. Even though Tyreek Hill saw a total of seven targets, he only reeled in two catches.
Since Evans was the leading point-getter for BayArea, it means a different player has now topped the team in each of the past five weeks. With 10.30 points, Bijan Robinson paced the squad in Week 11, while Tony Pollard put up 21.90 points to lead the way in Week 12. Terry McLaurin (27.30 points) was tops in Week 13 and James Conner (22.20 points) led in Week 14.
As the regular season comes to a close, BayArea can now set their sights on a playoff run.
