SkolVikes22 Comes Back to Nip Carl, Heads to Championship
SkolVikes22 slipped by Carl 128.46 to 124.80, improving to 2-0 against Carl. Their overall record goes to 13-3, while Carl drops to 9-7. Carl isn't an easy win for SkolVikes22, who now has an average margin of victory of 9.91 points this season in the series. That's much smaller than their 42.80-point average margin of victory on the season, which ranks second in the league. Saquon Barkley rushed for 150 yards and was the winning factor this week, garnering 27.00 points. The Philadelphia RB has turned out to be an excellent second-round pick for SkolVikes22, producing a stellar 22.43 points per game.
Rico Dowdle and Travis Etienne had plenty of chances for Carl, but they logged just 88 total yards on 27 combined touches between them.
For the winners, a couple of players have been warming up at the right time: Mike Evans and Josh Allen. Over the past four fantasy matchups, that duo has bettered their season scoring averages by 65% and 35%, respectively. On the other hand, SkolVikes22 has a player trending in the wrong direction.
