Aaron Tops Spit on that thang, Tacks On 3rd Consecutive Win
Aaron put up the second-highest score this week and beat Spit on that thang 122.36 to 90.18. Aaron took a 7.40-point lead on Thursday and remained in front for the rest of the matchup. Aaron gets revenge for a Week 3 loss (139.20 to 132.06) and improves to 1-1 this season against Spit on that thang. Even though these teams are tied for fourth place with matching 6-6 records, Aaron has a solid lead in points, 1,408.74 to 1,283.96. On top of the loss, Spit on that thang had two starters score zero points (Alvin Kamara and Evan McPherson).
There was a player on both teams that had plenty of chances but didn't capitalize on opportunities. On the winning side, Najee Harris got 18 touches but only tallied 54 total yards, while Jonathan Taylor managed just 35 yards on 11 touches for Spit on that thang.
While Breece Hall led Aaron with 31.10 points last week, Sutton paced the squad this week with 29.70.
