Jonte Gets Victory Against LoveGreeN
A rally on Monday Night Football (46.20 points, 41% of their total score) wasn't enough for LoveGreeN, in spite of the efforts of Jake Moody and Jordan Mason (147 Rsh Yds, 1 TD), as Jonte earned the 131.08 to 113.60 victory. The late-match efforts were impressive, considering their pregame projections only called for 22.04 points on Monday night. Jonte was led by Anthony Richardson, who added 26.08 points to the cause (212 Pas Yds, 56 Rsh Yds, 2 Pas TD/1 Int, 1 Rsh TD). With 131.08 points, Jonte had the highest total in the league this week, as well. Jonte (1-0) starts off the season in first place, while LoveGreeN (0-1) begins in sixth place.
LoveGreeN had one notable starter that failed to capitalize on opportunites. Even though Amari Cooper saw a total of nine targets, he only reeled in two catches.
